What a day...

Yesterday was…interesting. I finally made that forum. I am now the Administrator for Creativity Crackers. I gotta say, so far, I like the service. I’m still not confident enough in my capabilities as an administrator to put a section up for our writings, but there are other subjects that I can test out first to see if I really know what I’m doing. Either way, better safe than sorry.

Our boss decided to “surprise” us by buying us lunch from this nice place. Then she shows up and starts handing out bonus checks to us O..O That was a very nice surprise. Of course, with the Nexus and all, it’s practically gone already. I think that will really help me get that Roomba vacuum thing ^..^

Mom called and told me not to buy anything for supper because she and Dad had gone somewhere and were bringing me something. Then she tells me that after I get off of work I need to meet Dad at Wal-Mart, to buy curtain rods. So, after work I headed over there and met Dad. I have 4 windows (+ 1 nook to hide), and we got 4 curtain rods. I think I’m going to have to get a simple rod for the nook because most of them seem too big. Also, instead of a black-out shade, I’m thinking of just getting blinds for the windows. I need something to block them other than the curtains, and blinds are more practical than shades I suppose. I’d still like a black-out shade upstairs, but I’ve yet to find one =..=

Anyway, I went home and it was about 6 now, so we sat down and watch AFV. Then I went home and watched some of Bones – Season 2 until Dad came over. He wanted to check to see exactly where I wanted each curtain rod (because they’re all different). He asked me to switch it to Dancing with the Stars, which is something he and Mom loves. I never really was very interested...and when I saw someone dancing the Mambo to Nelly’s ‘Ride Wit Me’, I was even less enthusiastic about it. I just can’t wait to see The Soup now ^..^

Dad stayed for a little while to arrange the curtain rods and then he was off. I finished the episode of Bones that I had been watching, and then it was time for Heroes. Good episode…but it reminds me why I hate suspense. This show is all about suspense, but it does it so well that you forgive it for keeping you hanging. But still. My God, would something happen already.

After Heroes, I took my pills and then went upstairs. I sat in my comfy chair upstairs and …wait for it…proofread Chapter 1 of my story ^..^ I finished the rough draft Sunday, but I’d yet to go over it all. Now, I got out my red marker pen and I’m editing ^..^ I only got through the first 6 pages and then my pills kicked in. And it was already 10:30 so, I needed to hit the hay.

Somehow, having my house makes me feel better about myself...especially now that I have a routine down. My schedule hasn’t varied much from the norm, I’m just allowed to do whatever I want more freely and with more space. I find for the first time in a long time, I have something to watch literally every day of the work week. Monday is Heroes, Tuesday is Bones, Wednesday is America’s Next Top Model (not overly important, but still interesting), Thursday is Supernatural, and Friday is The Soup. Saturday is the only day I have nothing on...Sunday I do have Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and The Girls Next Door (also, not as important but still a hoot).

Now...I really should get to my lunch. Later, Sunshines.

Harvest Moon

msmoon: (Firefly - *Beams*)
You know this day has been a bit odd…I mean, I woke up before Mom (not that it was early, but I was the first one up), and I had a craving for eggs. I haven’t made eggs since I was little (and even then, I tended to make them only to please Dad). But I actually wanted a big, well-rounded breakfast. So I made eggs, over easy and some toast. I would’ve cooked some bacon and ham too...but I wasn’t sure where Mom kept it. Mom woke up a few minutes after I’d eaten, and I was proud of myself because not only had I made my own stuff but it actually tasted good.

After a minute to finish eating my mini-wheat cereal, we got ready and went to town. I spent over $60 at Bath and Bodyworks, but I think I’m completely set for the next three or four months for aroma therapy, body wash and hand soaps. I also bought Mom some body butter that she really liked and some hand soaps as well. Then we went to Wal-Mart, but they didn’t have the chairs and futon that I really wanted. They had one, but it wasn’t the type that I wanted. So I decided not to get it. Instead I spent over $60 (again) on two twin sheet sets (for the spare bed/futon) and some oil. Now my room smells like I’m cooking an apple cobbler, which is very odd since there’s no way that I could do that ^..^

When we got home and unloaded, I quickly went to Wal-Mart.com and looked to see if the chairs and futon I’d found were still in stock and available for shipping. They were, and I went ahead about bought them. The chairs will ship the local store, but the futon is coming straight to us (I don’t know why, but they couldn’t ship both there).

So, in one week, I have ordered my Gusdorf 17623GUS TV STAND 36 Inch COGNAC, my Butterfly Chairs + Ottoman and my Convertible Futon/Twin Bed. S’been a busy week. Thank God I had that extra in my pay check otherwise I’d be really in a bind. As it stands I have almost $300 in my checkings, and I like to keep $200 bare minimum. So I’m good. I want to try and not buy anything else unless it’s absolutely necessary until my next check. (I also got Bottle Holder, Napkin Holder, Salt and Pepper Shakers with Holder, and Incense Burner as a set for my kitchen, but those weren’t that expensive).

I am a happy (psycho) bunny ^____^

There are only a few other things that I feel I really want to order for my living room. And next check I’ll be getting the End Tables, Tabletop Fountain, and the Coaster Set. Then, maybe with my next check, I can get the last pieces. The Coffee Table, Indoor Lights to go on the beams and the decorative Jade Lotus. When it all comes together, it’ll be awesomeness on a stick.

Oh! I almost forgot! I also placed a small order to pyramid collection. I got the Mermaid door topper, and this Calendar. And that'll be my order from Pyramid for a while. =..=

It’s funny, but it feels good to spend all that money in such a productive manner and have plenty left over. Now, all I need to do is buy my Mom’s other birthday present and bring it to work to wrap, and I’ll be set. The only other gifts I need to buy are for my ‘Mouto-chan’s extra Christmas presents...Oh, and I need to get Thomas’s Christmas/Birthday presents too. Darn. And here I thought I was close to done with gifts and all. Geeze. But, none of that needs to be done before September. Mom’s birthday is Sept. 2, so that’s the priority.

Now that you’ve been updated on all my money matters/shopping schedules, I feel good ^..^ I think I’m gonna go and get some lunch. Shopping like this can wear a girl out ^..~ Later, Sunshines.

Black Tuesday

2007-Jul-31, Tuesday 01:42 pm
msmoon: (HP - VoldeMart)

It’s Black Tuesday, ya’ll. We’ve begun to call it that because we decided to wear black shirts on Tuesday. So, it’s Blue Monday, Black Tuesday, Pink Wednesday, Burgundy Thursday and Red Friday. That has been your useless fact for the day!

I am so glad to report that yesterday afternoon was so much better than yesterday morning. After getting home, I was greeted by a slightly nervous Fred along with Scamp (though Josh did stay on the computer as he was running in WoW). We talked a bit, I changed and we headed to Wal-Mart to get some essentials. It took a little while but it was fun if only because I wasn’t shopping alone. I’m sure Scamp will say that I nearly killed us again, but I do not recall any such events ^..^

After we got home and unpacked groceries we made ramen (3 packs in one big pot) and watched Mirror Mask which was very interesting. Then Highlander was coming on Sci Fi...watched a bit of that before my pills kicked in. I gotta say, I hit the sack and it wasn’t but a few minutes and I was out. And you know something? It’s nice having someone to talk to…other than Fred. Sure he’s nice (very compliant and a great listener), but it’s great to actually have someone reply. Or just to be able to go to sleep knowing you’re not all alone in the house. I have gotten used to falling asleep in an empty house what with all the vacations Mom and Dad have been taking, but it’s nice o have someone else there.

It’s been such a dreary day out. Almost constant rain and rolling thunder. Damn, but I love it. I only wish it’d do this on Saturday so I could fully appreciate it at home. I love being home when it rains and thunders all day.

I really need to do something with those boxes in the living room. I need to at least sort through them and figure out what I’m gonna do with them all. My book bins are underneath most of those boxes =..= This’s gonna be loads of fun.

I feel really bad for leaving Scamp and Josh to go off to work...but both computers have internet and all my DVDs are sitting in a box in the living room.. so, it's not like they can't entertain themselves. In fact, Scamp should've posted by now about what a great time she's having >.>...Oh! And we're gonna go and see the 6:50 showing of Transformers tonight! That'll be fun. I checked the times and it's either that, or the 10:05 one, which would put us coming back way too late.

I have a headache. I don’t get off till 5…damn.

Later, Sunshines.

Harvest Moon

msmoon: (Gargoyles - Face me)
6-21-2007, Thursday 5:10 / 4:10c pm

Wow. What a long and tiresome trip. Though, I must say, it was quite enjoyable towards the end. After the first four hours, I got so bloody exhausted the giggles set in. I was still dreadfully tired, but Mom and I took turns driving. I drove from 10 to 12, and Mom said she couldn’t sleep and would rather drive. So, I tried to sleep and failed miserably. I ended up staying awake to talk to Mom and keep her awake. I ended up driving again from 3:30 to 6 ...or 7...considering that we did loose an hour when we crossed the time zone.

We picked up Jen (my Twin-san) and headed to McDonalds for breakfast. Then we made her drive the rest of the way. My God...such an excruciating task. Driving 4 hours, insanely giddy from not sleeping at all in the past 24 hours, getting more and more car sick but the miles just keep stretching on. We finally got here around 11:30 and while our room was empty, it wasn’t clean. So we waited 45 minutes till it was ready. Gotta say...this hotel has been a tad on the weird side. Forget the fact that there’s some major construction going on in the lobby, but when Mom went to check in and get the key, she mentioned to the front desk man that we had Jacuzzi and he offered to “help us test it out”...um…*fake laugh* no.

When we finally got to our room, which is on the 3rd floor, and hanging right over the pool, we unpacked a bit. Then we headed to Wal-Mart to buy things we’d need (disposable coffee cups, paper plates, cups, food stuffs, etc).I also managed to get some post cards to send to everyone back home.

So now, we’re just relaxing...occasionally watching Retrace & snacking. That’ll be all for tonight...I hope.

6-23-2007, Saturday 11:43 pm

Wow. You know, we haven’t been half as busy as we could’ve been, and yet I still haven’t written much of anything. First off I have to say…this hotel is just weird. Not only are their cracks in the balcony above us (causing rain to trickle down onto our balcony from those cracks, but Jen says she only walks around barefoot in the hotel room and her feet are black. And that’s not even mentioning what happened late Thursday night. We were getting ready for bed, and Mom had decided to let us have the king size bed and she’d take the sofa sleeper. Well first off, we couldn’t get the sleeper out of the sofa =..= So, we call for help down to the front desk and a nice chinese man comes up, takes a look around and says “I know this room. Hole in couch.” There is a hole in the back of our couch, and a tiny pointy metal thing sticks out of it! He asked for a towel, and put the towel over the whole and told us not to movie it….O..O Que? Later we found out that the toaster and blow dryer didn’t work either. Then my cousin Faren comes over, and he’s a builder, and he says this place looks like it’s about to fall apart...great. Oh well. On to the good (no great!) parts of the convention.

Friday was easy-going. I think I woke up around 8, but I didn’t actually get up till 9. Our first panel was at 11, so we didn’t need to hurry. We went to FanFic 101 with Kathy Pagge. There might’ve been 12 people there. It was a great panel and I recorded it with Zeis, learning to use my fanny pack as a base for the camera.

There are 30 minute breaks between the panels. So we went to the room for food. Then we attended a “Grimorum Making” panel. It was actually some artists/art students showing us how to make books. They’re usually used as sketch books, but you can use them as “convention books” or anything else. It was a lot of fun because everyone’s so relaxed and fun.

There was a long break between then and the “Opening Ceremonies” which was fun, if slightly excruciating. They usually have a projection screen, but this time they only had a big screen TV…of course that meant if you were sitting anywhere behind the 3rd row, you were unable to see said TV. So we all stacked our chairs on the sides of the room and sat on the floor. Jen and I kept having our legs fall asleep, even though we were on the front row. They showed us the original preview for Gargoyles given to the press when Disney decided to go ahead with the show, and they had the volume up really really loud to mimic the effect it had on the reporters. There was a lot of crashing and roaring, and when the lights came on and Greg Wiseman started out with “So...” I said “What?!”. My ears were still ringing slightly @..@ But he went on to tell us that all of the reporters had kids and Disney was releasing this ‘kids show’ that looked and sounded very scary. So the obvious question was, ‘What type of kid show is this.’ …the obvious reply was ‘It’s better than Barney ^..^ Very cool.

We were also shown the preview for Bad Guys and an Atlantis/Gargoyles crossover...and we were assured that the comic book would be a continuation of the Gargoyles series, with Pendragon, Timedancer and Bad Guys to follow. That will be something to look forward to. I’ve already bought the 4 issues of the Gargoyles comic that are out, so I can’t want to see everything else. There was so much discussed at the Opening Ceremonies, but I only taped the first part of it, because I knew a lot of it was ‘off limits’. Jen got up and just left because her legs were killing her. I followed not too long after because they didn’t last too much longer.

Now today was much the same...till evening. We attending “From Fan to Pro with Karine Charlebois. That was interesting but really better for artists. After that was “World Building” with Daroneasa, which was very fun. We all talked with her about building the worlds in our story from the ground up; everything from society to religion to families. It was great. But it only lasted till 3, so we headed back to our room. Mom and my cousins (who’d come down from their place to go sight seeing with Mom) wanted to go to the Aquarium, but they decided to wait till later because it doesn’t close till 11.

So, Jen called her boyfriend and told him about what we’d been up to. She eventually got around to telling him that I’d purchased some swords from a place called China Bazaar, and he told her that was what he wanted as a souvenir. So we headed back (and I bought a couple other things). Then we got back and went to the Aquarium. Well, we went to Gatlinburg and ate first. Then we went to the Aquarium. Twas fun, but my legs and feet were killing me. I bought Jen and me some sea turtle souvenirs.

We went back through Gatlinburg, and she got us these things from Kilwin’s...they’re rice crispie treats on a stick, dunked first in caramel then in chocolate and laced with darker chocolate. ...her Mom calls them sex-on-a-stick. We also stopped at a little shop called Lavis Jewelry that had these really cool fairies. I bought a mage-looking fairy with a crescent moon staff, and Jen bought a hanging fairy holding a hatching dragon, it’s just like the one I got for Reiko last Christmas. She said that she has a lot of dragon figures, and it wouldn’t make sense to just buy a fairy. There were some lovely dragons that both of us loved, but the smallest was $50 and the price kept going up from there O..O

6-24-2007, Sunday

Wow. What a busy day. Evidently the Radio play was pretty awesome last night (or maybe it was the blue mug..yeah, definitely the blue mug ^..^). Our first pane of Costume Tip Trading with Jennifer Anderson …turned into Costume Tip Trading with Lynati. I don’t know where the head of the panel was, but she couldn’t make it so Lynati (who’s a veteran of Gargoyles everything) took over and answered questions and included everyone. It was great…but I’m not into the costume thing. I thought Jen would enjoy it though, since she likes to cosplay a lot.

Next we went to Gargoyles Physiology & Culture, and that was headed by Greg Weisman, Lynati and Jade Griffin. That was only getting good towards the end, and then we had to leave because we were dying of hunger. But I did manage to tape all of what we did see. So that was good. I’m not so crazy about evolution, so the whole first part about their actual biology and how they may’ve evolved wasn’t thrilling. But to see Greg Weisman light up while discussing Gargoyles culture was great. It’s funny too, because he’s not an expert in biology and such so he’d ask Lynati and Jade Griffin questions like “Would that be possible?” or “This is how I see it, tell me if I’m right in my layman’s terms.” It was really great.

We had wanted to go to the Bad Guys panel that was going to be a showcase for the upcoming Bad Guys comic, but we ended up being late, and then decided we’d rather not disturb them and walk in right in the middle. That was a bit of a bummer, but hey, we had to get food @..@

The Banquet was fun. We had one of the girls who joined the “Order of the Phoenix Gate” sitting at our table. Turns out, Thom Adcox had decided to get a tattoo after one of his panels. Well the people in the panel were like “What’re you doing now Thom?” and he said “I’m going to get a tattoo.” So they all went and got the same tattoo of the phoenix gate. The girls got it on the small of their backs and the guys got it on their bicep except for Thom who got it on his ankle. It was pretty sweet. I have to say, that’d be one awesome tattoo to get, and I don’t even like tattoos that much. *shrugs*. After seeing that, Jen was itching to go out and get a tattoo. I think she must’ve thought about it the whole time we were at the table ^..^ I don’t even know the names of the people at my table, but they were all cool. There was one girl that actually had a tattoo of wings coming out from her shoulder blades. That was uber leet as well. The only thing that was annoying was that there was one girl (whom I shall not name) who kept barraging the guests with questions, mostly about Puck and all running together. At one point I leaned over and said “Maybe one of us should ask what Puck’s favorite color is before she gets the chance to ask another 3 questions.” It was annoying, but funny at the same time.

We headed to the room again for the break between things, and a storm cropped up. It wasn’t mush, just a bit of rain with high winds and thunder and lightning. Of course, this hotel is so shoddy that the door started shaking. Jen was on the phone with her boyfriend, and she was laying on one side of our king size bed while I was on the other side writing post cards. The wind kicked up, and suddenly she’s launched herself into my lap O..O Twas amusing. Then she says to her boyfriend that “It’s like a hurricane outside!” and I’m like “Turst me, hon. This is not hurricane worthy ^..^” That made it even funnier.

The Masquerade was fun, but shorter than I thought it’d be. We did get there early, just to make sure we’d have good seats. Of course, Jen’s camera died 3 seconds into the whole thing =..= Oh, and of course, we were sitting in front of a lot of uber leet people, and I was too paralyzed to introduce myself. I just figured I’d be bothering them. I mean, they came to have fun at the gathering, not be pestered by some fangirl . So, I held my tongue and place and just watched the Masquerade. I tell you what, they had a lot of really nice dresses on the contestants (that I’d never have the courage to wear), but the Gargoyle that won for best in show was just awesomeness on a stick. And they had a lady that was a “Belly Dancing Fae” and let me tell you, she could really belly dance well for a lady her age. I hope I have that much control over my body in 20 years =..= She was awesomeness. It really made me want to get those belly-dancing pants that I’d see in the dealers room too. But alas, my Jen had inquired about them and the lady had only brought one. Anyway, after the awards were given out, we left. We’re not good dancers (or minglers evidently >..<).

Oh yeah, speaking of the Dealers room, we had so much fun there (and I spent a lot of money there). I bought 2 chain-mail bracelets from Vox, a ‘sea horse’ painting from kth-dragon, and a fairy painting for Jen. It’s really great to buy from artists directly, because they’re always so happy that you’re buying from them. We spend a lot of time there just talking and hanging out. There was a beautiful replica of the Phoenix gate that was a necklace, and I really wanted it, but it was up for auction, and we weren’t staying that long, and I didn’t have the money for it anyway. The artist alley was pretty cool too. I recognized a lot of stuff from artists I've admired for such a long time. It's a little sad that this is our last day too. On one hand I really wish I could stay, but I know it's not at all practical. Ah well. Such is life I suppose.

6-25-2007, Monday

Probably the most miserable day, but only because I get so car sick and we were traveling all damn day. We decided to leave that morning, if only because we had spent so much money and we just really needed to get home. So, we left around 10 that morning, after loading the car down with all our crap + all the crap we bought ^..^ We headed to Gatlinburg as a favor for a friend. Lori had given me money to buy her some wine. It’s her favorite and it’s only sold in that area. So we go and find it…and they don’t have it. It wouldn’t be ready for two more weeks. Le sigh. It would’ve been a total loss except that we saw a pet store right next door, and the owner had her pets in the store with her. I love those types of shops. I got myself a Doxxie shirt, and I think Jen got herself a English Bulldog shirt, pen and bookmark...she and I are such dorks. We’re not even dog owners yet! But anyway.

We drove for hours till we finally got to Atlanta. Jen drove the whole way (thank God). And we ended up leaving Atlanta right in the middle of rush hour traffic. We were not happy campers. It took us about an hour to 45 minutes to get out of Atlanta. Just down-town Atlanta, not the whole city, mind you. I think we left around 3:30 or 4ish, and Mom drove for a while, but she wasn’t feeling great. I was borderline panic-attacking, so I just laid back and tried to relax. We pulled off around 5 to go to the bathroom and get some nachos and cheese (gotta have the basics), and I took over driving. I drove from 5 to 11 that night, and we were about 60 miles away from New Orleans when we pulled over to get gas. Mom took over after that, and I just stayed up to keep her company and talk. We got home around 12:30ish a.m. I think I showered, and then went to sleep. We woke up…I think at 12 p.m. We were unpacked and happy…even if the day was very short. I guess it made up for the day before that was so damn loooong.

That has been my gathering experience. I enjoyed it if only because I got to spend a lot of time with Jen. Spending tons of money on cool swag was fun too ^..~

Harvest Moon

Plans within Plans

2007-Apr-09, Monday 12:36 pm
msmoon: (Light or Train)
How can a weekend fly by when you do almost nothing the entire time…? I just don’t get it. What did I do of merit this weekend?...Saturday, I went shopping with Mom. That was Wal-Mart and Sam’s. We didn’t go too overboard at Wal-Mart, but Sam’s kinda did us in. We got to looking around at stuff...I guess, we just figured we didn’t have anywhere to be so it wouldn’t hurt to look around. Of course, that’s a mistake...

Scamp’s not feeling good again…In a way, I wish I could help, but if she’s anything like me, she’d rather just be left along when she’s sick...It’s probably the sudden change in the weather. I mean, just last week I was complaining that it felt like a sweltering Summer day and then Saturday we wake up and it’s freezing outside, we we’re having sleet (yes, even we with our almost-beach-front-properity, got sleet!). I was sitting in my room, and my parents had gone to town again, and I heard this ‘tink tink…tink tink” and I new it wasn’t Seymour or the Fairies, so I looked around the house, thinking it might be the blinds in the living room if Mom left the fan on. But she hadn’t, and I listened while I was in the living room and it sounded like normal rain. Then I realized that normal rain on the tin porch wouldn’t make that noise, so I rushed out and opened the door, and it felt like I had steped into a freezer =.= Another excuse to wear my fuzzy socks, I suppose. But this morning, I heard the weatherman say that we’d be in the 80’s by the end of the week...so, I expect to get sickly by then as well =.=’’’

I don’t think I’ve done a Nexus update recently. I think I had mentioned that our renters were moving out sooner than later, but I don’t think I mentioned that they suddenly got a big break and were going to start moving out on the 10th…or 11th…I can’t remember which. I know it’s one of those dates. So, yeah...Gonna be getting that house a lot sooner than I had thought. So, after they’re off and on their way, we’ll open up the house and let it air out for a few days. Then we’ll try to clean it as best we can. Mom said that Dad may have to repair some of the sheet rock (egh, sheetrock =.=). And then, we’re gonna have Lowe’s lay the lynolium tyle that looks like wood. Then I’ll be moving in. Mom bought me my first ‘house warming’ gift Saturday at Sam’s. They had these beautiful, light blue towels of Egyptian Cotton (*deamy music*), and Mom bought me two towels, two wash cloths and a bathroom rug. She said she knew I was doing my bathroom in mermaids, so she figured blue towels and accessories would be a good choice. Of course, I won’t be thinking about decorating for a while. First I’ll just start from the bare bones and pay my bills. Then, as I get more stable and allow myself to save up more and more, I’ll get more things. Of course, I always have plans, but with something this big, I have plans within plans. Not only do I have a list of priorities, I have a list of which priorities are more…priority. I’ll make it work…somehow.

I don’t expect to be in that house any time soon. Not until a little after June in the very least. But already I’m trying to be aware of what might be in store for me. It’s exciting and terrifying all at once. At lest I have my parents to fall back on though…not that I really want to. But at least I know I’ll have people to help me bear the burden. That’s good to know.

Well, I’d better be getting back to work. I’ll write later, sunshines.

Whoa...ok, so last night…not the greatest. Better than the two before it but still not the greatest. Mom and I did end up going o Wal mart around 10 last night. It was actually pretty nice considering there was hardly anyone there at all. It was very un-nice because Mom had my list of things I wanted to buy...but she put it somewhere and we never found it -.- It was also un-nice because they didn’t have half the merchandise I thought they would. Honestly. They had one PS2 controller that looked maybe/alright...but even then, it wasn’t that appealing. In the end I decided to just get the controllers from Amazon. The order’s being processed now. But I think I’ll get those memory cards from Office Depot or something...if only because that’s where Amazon said they originated from and I have a $10 off any $50 purchase coupon from there O.o;

We got home and I took my pills for bed time. But I decided to try to hurry up and order those controllers. Anyone every try ordering something online when your computers freezing every second? Yeah. Not fun at all. I finally got to bed around 1. Then …I heard them...The scurrying…the scratching…the squeaking...Now…I like small rodents…but I don’t like them gnawing away at things in my attic. Luckily, I was so exhausted at this point that even their racket couldn’t prevent the inevitable.

Oh, and yesterday, I got Katamari Damacy in. It looks so kawaii. I also got two shirts that I ordered...I got the Red vs. Blue "That's right. I'm a Gay Robot" shirt and the " Chupathingy!" shirt :)

I’m hoping that the movies and such that I ordered and /crosses fingers the PS2 I ordered will come in today. I doubt that both will...but you never know right? I now have all of the gifts I wanted either ordered or here except for.../thinks 2. But I also know what those are gonna be so it’s easier.

Well...it’s freezing down here, so I really feel sorry for all you Yanks up north. Must be agony. I’m gonna go get another cup of coffee and see what Mom wants to do today...this computer’s driving me nuts =.= Peace out.

Harvest Moon

msmoon: (Slayers - Secret)
Ok, so this morning, I nearly fell asleep during the song service at church...that’s how tired I was. So why am I staying up to post a journal entry?...because I’m just mad like that. Now, bugger off and quit bothering me!

Ok, so I went to Target to get something to ship Chibi’s birthday present in...and dummy-me, I bought a 3 pack that was too small =.= Note to self – 6 in X 9 in is not big enough. So tomorrow I’ll be dropping by Wally World on my lunch hour to pick up something a tad bigger. So I may mail her gift tomorrow afternoon...or not. I’m not sure. It’ll either be tomorrow or the next day. I may just ship it out tomorrow and write “DO NOT OPEN TILL OCTOBER 13 ON PENALTY OF DEATH!!!!BLARG!!!” on it or something. I’ve yet to decide.

Oh! I did manage to get a few things at Wally World though. I got a nice curtain rod that Mom doesn’t think will work for my curtains that are coming in with my bed spread. She says the …deep pocket curtains so I need a deep pocket rod. I said we could improvise but she advised me to keep my receipt just in case /shrugs. I also got half of Gillian’s Christmas present /rubs hands together gleefully She’s never gonna see this coming ^____^ oh, and I went by the 2 DVDs for $11 bin and found Now & Then on DVD. Coolness no? I should look through those DVD racks more often...then again, I’d probably be poorer...which isn’t much of a stretch to the imagination.

Speaking of spending money, I also got Tiffany and Constance their Christmas gifts. I just don’t feel good about getting stuff for Gill and not the others. Although it does make me feel a little more out-of-the-loop when it comes to my cousins. Josh is relatively easy to shop for really =.= But I really didn’t have a clue as to what to get Constance or Tiffany o.o It makes me feel bad about not really knowing my cousins that well. Oh well.

Oh yeah, and the really funny thing that happened tonight – I was settling in to bore myself into a sleep-ready state (which almost always means watching old DVDs that I’ve seen 2 billion times), when my DVD player started skipping and making weird noises. I figured, there were scratches on the DVD. So I get out of bed, get the disc and prepare to clean it...but there aren’t any scratches (there never were any scratches O.o the matrix has you! /cough cough), so I put it back in and after about 3 minutes of groans and creaks, my DVD player informs me that there’s no data on this disc and there’s an error…w…t…f…mates? I put another DVD in to check it and put the first one in the computer; the second DVD wouldn’t come on and the first one played just fine on my computers DVD player. So, in conclusion, my uneducated opinion would be that my DVD player is broken…/sniffles I’m gonna miss this one. It’s been with me almost 2 years now...G’bye, Francine.../places DVD player in a whole in the back yard and plays Taps on a trumpet

MM’s Mom: Oi...you’re making your uncle’s dogs bark. Would you quit being so sentimental...it’s just a DVD player! /slams door

...right. So, I’ll probably stop by Wally World for that too tomorrow =___= Woe unto me...verily and thus.

………………………………………….I think that’s all. Night!

Beware, for I am: Drugged Allergic...

Ok, so today was fun. Mom woke me up around ten and we went to town. We didn’t find any clothes at the mall but I did get some of the Bath&Bodyworks Cherry Blossom perfume and shower gel (thanks for the head’s up on that [livejournal.com profile] chaineddove-san!). Then we went to Target and I got the other half of my Cherry Blossom artwork thingy (man, am I sensing a pattern here? Oh well. It’s not like I can help the fact that cherry blossoms rocketh). Then we went to Wal-Mart (of all places -.-) and found some nice kacky’s and a few around-the-house shirts. We also got some of those plastic storage bins. We’ve been talking forever about getting me some book shelves for those books that I have in Dad’s shed. But I only just realized that with all the new artwork in the room and how small the room is, there’s really no place for book shelves. So I decided to settle on getting a billion of those plastic bins, and putting them under my bed with all my books in them. It’ll be out of the way and I’ll have my books out of Dad’s shed ¬.¬

Then we got home and we piged out on Taco Bell / KFC. Oh! I got the soundtrack to .hack//sign in too! Such pretty music! And I got notice from Amazon that I’ll be getting the other package that I ordered as well soon. At least, it’s been shipped...that was like, late last night though...so whatever. After eating I watched Tenchi Muyo again just for the laughs. If you ever wanna laugh, that’s always a good anime to watch for it. The rest of the day was spent with me kicking myself for missing The Soup, and trying to write the next chapter of Different from Me. I’m making progress, but it’s at a “slow, deliberate thought...distraction...furious typing with massive ideas...distraction.” pace.

Mom and I finished the day with Trading Spaces. I so hate black&red oriental stuff. Just so you know. I really do. Also, I’ve sneezed more within the past two days than I have in the last six months. It’s weird. My allergies and sinuses have made an unholy alliance to torment me...and I must say…I’m not pleased.

Ok well. 6 is gonna come early...and I have a lot to do tomorrow (must clean under the bed so that I can put those bins in =.=). Goodnight.

Wow. Today was just...wow. Dad woke me up around 10. I ate breakfast and we headed to my bank to deposit the rent money. We then went to Wally-World to get groceries. I swear, all we had was 5 things on there. But of course we found a dozen or so other things we needed. Then we realized that some of the stuff we needed we could buy in bulk at Sam’s. So after spending money at Wally-World, we headed over to Sam’s. But we only got like 3 things there. We then sent buh his money and came home.

After unloading the groceries, I sat Dad and Mom down and watched The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe with them. My God, I love that movie. I cannot wait for Prince Caspian. But that will be coming in December of 2007 if IMDb is accurate. Dad really didn’t get it so I had to explain a lot of it to him. Mom is so focused on the fact that LWW parallels the Bible that she sometimes aggravates me. The story is teh greatest on it’s own! Anyway...

After the movie, I got to work washing; dishes and clothes mainly. I then got online and checked eBay for Corel Draw. I’d be saying to Mom that I needed to get the newer version for AMOS, but it cost like $200, and now that I’m unemployed I don’t really have that type of money. I bought it today for about $45. God, but I love eBay. However, I need to make sure that I stay away from it for another month or so; otherwise, I may end up buying more stuff and without an active source of income...well, that’d get old fast.

I had started watching The Day After Tomorrow last night. You know how it is, up and can’t get to sleep. Watch something you’ve seen a million times and hope it lulls you. So I finished watching it this afternoon. It just proves what I’ve been saying all along. We are all suckers for CGI weather graphics.

Since I have a paid account, I searched for people in my area. I actually found an old friend of mine that I’d virtually lost contact with. She’s mostly on MySpace really, but it pointed me in the right direction. So, now I’ve been messaging her with MySpace and we’ve kinda renewed ties. That’s good. It makes me feel like I actually have another friend.

Well...that’s all for now. I need to go check the clothes and then I might try taking a shower. Catch ya later, babies.

Wow. Today was huge. Work was busy, busy, busy, busy, busy and then...nothing. For like an hour and a half there was really nothing to do. So I wrote as I usually do. Started on the next chapter and then I realized...it’s kinda done. O.o...I just need to proofread and make sure everything’s in the right place...Freaky, no? I’m still unsure as to whether I should up date sooner than next month...I’ve been pushing the ‘I’ll update on the 5th of every month’ thing. Besides, if I have the next chapter done, I can focus on the chapter that comes after that; thus ensuring that I have myself set up for the next few months. It’s a nice pace to have...slow and steady.

Mom and I went to Sam’s today. OMG, I love that store. Where else can you buy 28 sharpie markers, all the same size, for cheap? No where. No really. I mean, you can get a supposed ‘value pack’ at Wal-Mart, but then you’re paying like $12 for 10 sharpies...or whatever...I’m not sure...it’s late, and I’m tired. What else...

Oh, yeah. I bought 3 movies while at Sam’s. I got Hook and Zathura for $23.99. Verry nice. And I got The Incredible Mr. Limpet which I only just added to my DVD wish list on Amazon.com the other day. It was like $5.99. So that was fun. Mom always laughs at me when I compare prices. She’s like, “Hon, you probably wouldn’t have bought it if it weren’t a deal.” And I’m like, “...Huh...you’re right.” So, yeah. That’s cool. We’re gonna wait till Saturday and watch Zathura with Dad, ‘cause none of us have seen it. I can’t wait to re-watch Hook and The Incredible Mr. Limpet.

My Mom keeps saying that eventually DVDs will be obsolete and they’ll have something new that we’ll keep movies on. I think we’ll have some sort of digital media that we watch movies on, and we’ll just pay to download them eventually. To hell with individual things like DVDs, MiniDiscs, and the stone-age VHSs. Give me a portable computer triked out with terabytes of space any damn day.

Ok. I’m starting to sound like a zoned out hippy that’s missing the good old days. And I still haven’t copies these entries to e-mail for Jen-Twin-san. I’m gonna log off now. ‘Night-night.

Ok, so today...lots of good things happened today. Today around 10 a.m. I got a call from the staffing place. They got an interview for me tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. I just have to zip on by there sometime before 3 and pick up a ‘packet’ that has stuff in it like a thank you letter from the staffing place to the dude who’s interviewing me. How nice of them.

I folded the towels, and Mom and Dad got back from their bill paying/grocery event. My package finally came in. Gargoyles Season 2 Volume 1, at last. I’ve been watching it all day long. It’s sublime. It’s got me thinking about the show all over again, and possibly writing a fic or something. But it’s just passing thoughts, I assure you. Until I actually start writing and keep writing till there’s something worth showing, I won’t say anything about fic ideas.

Wednesday night service was the usual unusual. We went to Wal-Mart afterward to buy me an outfit. They have this combo of a skirt and a nice shirt in these three different options that I like. I chose the brown shirt with the peachy-brown flowers on while skirt. I’ll take a pic tomorrow or something and post it. We’ll be going for the shoes tomorrow too. I wanna get some nice brown dress shoes to go with it. I’ve only had those open-toed, backless black shoes for ever, and they’re not very attractive. So, hopefully we’ll find something at Payless tomorrow and that’ll be that.

Ok, I’m off to go shower and eat and then to bed (I hope). Goodnight.

Yo. It feels like I haven’t posted in forever when really it was only a day without posting. For someone who can do up to 4 posts a day when she gets excited, that feels like a stretch.

Ok, so yesterday I was just feeling blah, you know? It was just a bad case of restless indifferent slothfulness. It sucked. I wasn’t feeling great about where I was or what I was doing, so I did what I always do when that happens; I submersed myself in fan fiction and did nothing else.

By night, I realized I really hadn’t done anything. So, I got on AMOS and hacked away at the old web site. Found a few things that were wrong with the EQ Characters site that I fixed. Then, I started looking over the unfinished site, and realized I have a hell of a lot of work to do.

I did a lot of stuff graphics-wise and sorting-wise, but it feels like I’ve done nothing. I went to bed around 10:30 feeling kinda bad.

I woke up around 2:43 a.m. I was nauseous and hungry-ish. I had gone to bed kinda hungry, but I really didn’t want to eat since Mom and Dad had already gone to bed too. So at 2:45 I slipped into the kitchen and poured out the reminder of the freshly squeezed orange juice Mom and I had made together a couple of days ago. I took a couple of sips, went to the bathroom, and threw up. It was one of those things where you feel terrible while it’s happening, but once it’s over it’s like a relief...kinda like peeling off a scab or something. My relief didn’t last too long. I tried to go back to bed, but I couldn’t sleep. So around 3:20 I slipped back into the kitchen for some water. Threw that up too. I tossed, I turned, I hoped, I prayed, I debated whether I should wake the rents (they’re always so concerned about those things, even though they can’t do anything about them). Then I said to myself, “I’m not sleeping anyway, I might as well try a popsicle.” Mom buys these Dole popsicles. They’re supposedly made from real fruit juice, and there’s less sugar than other brands. So, it took me a while to eat the thing, because my stomach was still so jumpy. I just layed there and bit off a small chunk, then sucked on it till it had melted. After the popsicle was done, I tried to get back to sleep. It took over an hour for my stomach to stop rolling, but I finally did get to sleep.

I slept so hard though, that I didn’t really enjoy it. Then I woke up feeling weird, and told Mom and Dad what had happened. I had a cup of coffee and some peaches for breakfast because I was still feeling terrible.

Then Mom announces that she and Dad need to head to Wal-Mart. And I know that I should go with them, because a lot of the times, they don’t know exactly what to buy me, so it just helps things go a lot smoother if I’m actually there. So, I agreed to go. I dressed comfortably and we headed out. While there, there were a couple of things I noticed, that I’d really like to point out right now.

Our Wal-Mart is being remodeled inside. At first, things were really subtle...a few of the tiles on the floors were missing, some of the departments had actually been moved without anyone seeing it happen, Wal-Mart employees doing a rather impressive impersonation of headless chickens. That sort of thing. But then, we went today and the clothing department had wood flooring. Or at least mock wood flooring...The eye glasses place is boarded up, meaning we’ve got more of a bottleneck to get across the store after check out. All the aisles are facing a different direction, and almost all of the departments are in a different place. The only places thus far that have yet to be moved are the pharmacy, hair, makeup, soaps, and grocery sections. The clothes are all in the same place (mostly), they’re just mixed up...they’re still in the center of the store and all, it’s just that the women’s clothes are where the men’s were...I don’t know where the men’s clothes are; I don’t shop for men.

Ok, I did not know this, but evidently everyone else did. I hate it when people think you know something, so they decide not to tell you. Honestly, how’s anyone gonna learn with that philosophy in mind? Anyway, I found out that Wal-Mart sells Pocky. Seriously. My Wal-Mart has dark chocolate and strawberry flavored Pokcy. And since Strawberry Pocky is one of my favorite snacks, I’ve been buying like 2-4 boxes every time that I visit Wal-Mart. When I tell all my friends that there’s Pocky at Wal-Mart they’re all like, “Oh yeah. I knew that...” and I’m like, “Waterfalls?” In our place it’s near the coffee section, in with other Japanese-ish stuff like Meso Soup and such.

Also another thing that’s always made me laugh about Wal-mart; birds. Alfred Hitchcock would be scared shitless! There are crows and other types of birds all over our parking lot. And not just Wal-Mart (although there seem to be more of them there), they’re in all the parking lots. Now, I’m sure that that isn’t anything new. I’m betting that anyone who reads this will think, “Yeah, my Wal-Mart has a lot of birds in the parking lots too.” This is what I’ve noticed though. Sea gulls. That’s right, sea gulls. They’re all over the parking lot all the time. It’s weird. I mean, they’re sea gulls, right? Shouldn’t they be at the Sea? It’s like that old joke, “Why do Sea gulls only fly over the sea? Because if they flew over Bays they be Bay Gulls.” Well, I guess we have Parking Lot Gulls. Waterfalls? I mean, I often wondered if the states that are close to large bodies of water have sea gulls in their parking lots...

Ok, rants over...for now. I’ll get my second wind eventually. So, yeah, we went to town and I still felt miserable, but it was one of those ‘just deal’ moments. I came home, and I finally wrote out that letter to Odango ([profile] chaineddove). I only started writing the damn thing 4 days ago...or...something...no wait, I started writing on the 8th...it’s the 13th...that’s like, 6 days. Dude. I suck. Oh well, I finally got it all typed up (even the envelope) and it’s stamped and ready to go. It’ll go out with Monday’s mail.

Speaking of mail; yesterday, I ordered the first volume of the second season of Gargoyles. I ordered it yesterday.../thinks...yesterday mid-morning I suppose. I just had the extra money, and I was like, “Ok, I have $50 extra, I’m bored outta my mind...oh...second season Gargoyles...Cha-ha-ha.” So, I ordered it, and then 2 seconds later I get a confirmation of the thing going through, then I get a note from the seller (I bought used/new) saying it’s in the mail today. I was so stoked. So, it went out with Friday’s mail. I was happy about that. It means I’ll be getting it sooner. I’m so happy.

Other than that I’ve been varying between working on my web site and watching Tenchi Universe. I know it’s not the best anime, but it makes me laugh. That’s all I need. I’m still a bit confused why Tenchi in Tokyo doesn’t have it’s on box set...I don’t buy individual DVDs when it comes to anime. If it’s not in a box set, then I’m not gonna get it...9 times out of 10 that is.

Oh well. I still have a few things I’d like to tweak on my web site, and tomorrow will come early as always. So I shall now sign off. Goodnight.

God, today was...interesting.

Woke up around 9. Ate, had coffee, Mom went to town with Aunt Batty. I got ready to go to that Staffing place and Reiko called. She said she wanted to borrow Red vs. Blue and I said I didn’t mind. She even brought me my calendar that I’d ordered, lo, those many months ago. She came over and when she saw what I was wearing she was all, “Why are you dressed up?” so I told her I was going around and passing out resumes and all that. She left and I got on the road.

Unfortunately, I got to the place around 11:30 a.m. and they stop taking applications at 11...of course they start taking them again at 1:30. That is one seriously long lunch break. So, I took an application plus all the paperwork, and headed to town. I went to Burger King and filled out the applications there. Then I went around to Wal-Mart and Office Depot. I was checking to see their prices on computer microphones. I’ve always wanted to buy one for myself so that I could do recordings too, like on Sloths Gone Mad. Well, Wal-Mart had a desk microphone for $9.98, but Office Depot had a lapel/monitor microphone for $7.99. I expected Wal-Mart to have a better price, but Office Depot had better.

After that I headed back to the staffing place and had my interview. The nice lady there said they would test my skills in office and then they would start seeing if a position came in. So, my appointment to ‘test my skills’ is on Tuesday the 17th at 2:00 p.m. Which is good, ‘cause that gives me plenty of time to wake up and have lunch. She said that the test usually takes like 2 hours or something so that means I’ll need to eat a nice big lunch and perhaps I should go comfortable. I dunno. I think I might like it better if I go comfortable, but if I go dressed up and in make up it’ll give me an idea of what professional life would be like. God, I hate wearing make up. I mean, guys don’t wear it. And if charm is deceitful and beauty is vain then why bother? But then, everyone judges everyone else by appearance. Except me of course. I don’t give a damn either way.

Ok, so I got home, and had a sandwich. But since I had been nervous about it all, I wasn’t that hungry for lunch and I kinda skipped it. That was a bad idea. I should’ve made myself eat. Because after everything was over, I was starved and got super hungry. Then, I got a sinus headache and took some meds for that. Consequently, I was really really really spaced out at church tonight.

I will be posting my church entry in [profile] ruby_unicorn, because there are some things that I don’t want the whole world seeing that I wanna say.

Anyway. We picked up Fred from Aunt Batty. They’re going out of town this weekend, so we’ll be dog-sitting for them. We really don’t mind, ‘cause Fred is really low maintenance. He’s really cute too. Here’s a picture of the little guy.

Pic of Fred )

But anyway. I’m really tired from this crazy sinus medication. I’m gonna go shower and then it’ll probably be off to bed for me. Goodnight.

Ah…what a day. Woke up around 10 (actually it was exactly 10 ‘cause my Dad wouldn’t let me sleep any more). I ate breakfast, and then got ready, and Dad and I went to Wally-World to ring up near-to $120 in groceries and what-have-you. I bought two different types of batting for Mom’s pillows. The smaller pillows are filled with that polly-fill micro beads stuff (the stuff they put in those little pillows that are supposed to be so good for your neck). And the big one is stuffed with normal batting. We also got a bunch of other stuff; mostly stuff that we needed but some things…well, you know.

When we did get home, Dad checked stocks and e-mail, played a game, and then went out to finish the ditch digging he’d started earlier this week. I on the other hand, stayed in and got to work on finishing my pillows. I believe I sat down around 3 p.m. and I did not get up till 6:30. My eyes and back and neck were killing me. But the project was nearly finished. Dad helped me get the micro-beads into the small pillows…What a mess! Those little beads are nearly weightless, and they stick to anything! They frikkin’ defy gravity! We had them everywhere! But finally the little pillows were filled, and I still had a medium sized zip lock bag full of micro beads. If I ever have another small pillow I need to fill, I will certainly use them…but with a decided amount of caution.

I took a small break from the whole process as Dad stuffed the larger pillow. We watched Myth busters. Now, admittedly I’m not a huge fan of explosions and a superior show of power; but, even I must admit, when they finally got those two semis to slam into each other, it was soooo cool! Tonight’s episode (for those who don’t regularly watch), circled around myths about vodka and the ‘compact compact’ myth. There were 2 vodka myths that I caught. One was that vodka could cure foot odder, and the other was that vodka when mixed with cinnamon and left for a while made a suitable mouthwash. Those two myths were proven accurate. The next myth was called the Compact Compact Myth. It stated that there was a compact car that got caught between to semi 18-wheelers that collided (a semi on either side of the compact car). And somehow, the semi trucks welded together, and the compact car was flattened to pancake status between them, virtually invisible. The last myth was proven false…but it totally rocked to see those two 18-wheelers collide head on into each other! Although I don’t always watch Myth Busters, I could see how it would be very entertaining.

Then the Discovery channel did that thing about the hurricanes of 2005. That was a bit enlightening and a bit disturbing. But overall, I think it focused more on the scientific affects of the hurricanes as opposed to the impact on humans in their area. It seemed like (from the previews) they would show a lot of the victims of the hurricanes…give them a voice, as it were; but, it did more to explain the why and how of hurricanes. It was very informing, make no mistake. I just assumed it would show a lot more of the damage on human lives. /shrug.

Then I finished showering, and I read the next volume (Vol. 5) of Alice 19th. God, I love that manga. I will (eventually) own it as well, but I’m just so soaking it up. I love the fact that the story is mostly about the power of words and the effect they have. I think people should really focus on their words a lot more. However, I have promised to pace myself when it comes to this manga. I will not read more than one manga a night. So, after I finished with this volume, I calmly put it down and logged onto here. /grin. There are only 7 volumes anyway.

I have now checked e-mail and posted here. Also, I have uploaded the pictures of Mom’s pillows for all to see.

Ja! )

And now it’s off to bed. Oh…I think I hear it raining…or maybe it’s just the wind. Oh well. Goodnight!

Hey Minna. Today was...huge. Mom woke me up at 7:47, I remember the time exactly, 'cause I remember waking up and thinking "Heh, that's the name of a plain..."

Mom informed me that she and Dad were going to the Doc's office so Dad could get some blood work done. She said after that they'd come home and pick me up so I could go fill out an application at Target while they were in town. I really don't like waking up early without ample warning. I also am not too crazy about having my day told to me, before I have time to switch off the auto pilot. So I just nodded processing the info while fixing my breakfast.

I ate, two chocolate chip Ego Waffles, smothered in Mrs. Butterworth’s syrup, with a glass of ice cold chocolate milk. For some reason I'm a chocolate freak in the morning. My favorite breakfasts include chocolate chip ego’s, Chocolate pop tarts, and Coco Pebbles.

Anyway, I ate, and got ready, then I put on a load of towels. I listened to music while waiting around for Mom and Dad. They got here and we got the grocery lists together and headed to the Dollar Store. Mom bought what she could there and then we headed to Lowe's.

Our mower—which is this wonderful little John Deer, that we've had since I was...7? —has been eating up belts like there's no tomorrow. We have to buy new belts every time we mow the lawn. Sometimes twice. So Mom and Dad saw a mower sale in the paper from a Lowe's add and figured they'd price the mowers and see which was the best deal. Well the mower that was the cheapest was $998.99 I think, and it was used, but had a year warrantee on it. But after pricing mowers all over town, Dad and Mom decided to get that mower.

Then we went to Burger King and ate. We went to Wal Mart after that and bought nearly $200.00 worth of stuff. Nothing is cheap these days. But Dad got me a watch that is something that I've been wanting for a while. And I actually got something that I really wanted. It's a digital face watch, the numbers are sort of angled, and it has time, date, works like an Eight Ball, and has a screen saver, O.o. It's not a screen saver you can program, but it's still kind of cute.

After that we swung by Hollywood Video and I preordered a VHS copy of The Lord of the Rings. I could only put $5.00 down now, so I put the rest of the money in a secret part of my purse. I'm gonna have to remember it on August 6th though...

After that we went home and I cooked Old Fashion Manicotti. Somewhere, between the time I started cooking to the time I finished, UPS showed up and delivered my DreamWeaver 4 and Mom's two books that I ordered her. Of course UPS, drives up sees two cars in the drive way, the windows open a man out in his shed singing and sounds of laughter and cooking from inside the house and they say to themselves "Guess no body's home. No need to knock." Left the package at the door and Mom and I didn't even hear him/her. But anyway, I've been coming back to the computer and fooling around with DreamWeaver since then.

I haven't seen my Twin-san, but she's been having to work on her studies a lot lately so I can understand that. I just hope she's healthy and all. School work can really make people sick.

Mom and I watched Gilmore Girls, Thomas walked in 1/3rd of the way through, and told us he'd been applying for jobs all over the place. Good thing since Mom and Dad had been worried about him. Gilmore Girls was awesome this week. Thought it kills me that they're just gonna leave us like this. Oh well, it's how they keep us.

Got some E-mails from Chibi, which is great since I've really missed her. She said she's gonna have to ask her mom when I can come over. I told her I'm free Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. If she gets back to me soon enough I'll see her either tomorrow or the next day.

Well now I'm hungry and really tired, so I'm gonna go eat and then head for bed. That's all she wrote Minn.
