Everything's Starting
2010-Aug-08, Sunday 08:48 pmTonight...I asked the boys what movies they wanted to see. So far, I’m bringing The Count of Monte Cristo, Ninja Assassin, and Princess Mononoke for certain and I’m renting Clash of the Titains. I think as a fail safe I should bring the Lord of the Rings trilogy and maybe Avatar: The Last Airbender...just in case. It never hurts to have something awesome as backup :)
Oooh, that reminds me. I gotta show the guys the Mortal Kombat in Central Park video :D
Soooo, my package should be coming in tomorrow /bounces in place excitedly. I cannot wait.
It’s weird how everything’s starting up this week o..o I mean – Monday my package comes in and I’ll be wrapped up in that. Tuesday is orientation and then Friday is the lock-in. Then school starts on the 18th….that whooshing sound you hear is freedom, flying away -..-‘
But I got a letter in the mail from the college... Well, I got several letters in the mail. Most of them telling me that my financial aid still wasn’t complete and it was still my fault <..< But! I got a good letter that basically told me everything I need to know about when and where Orientation will be...that is, they told me the name of the place it’d be in...I suppose they could’ve put a picture in there…there are so many other pictures in there. Oh well. I’ll figure it out. I’ve actually never been to a college orientation before o..o I dunno what’s up with the colleges in LA that I went to, but seriously. That would’ve been helpful -..-
But my orientation will be from 12:30 to 4:30… looooong orientation. But there’ll be tons of people there and they’re going to go over the basics of NAK and then explain where all our classrooms are and all that. At least they’re thorough. And at least I’ll be walking into a college classroom knowing “Yup…this is the place I’m supposed to be” as opposed to asking if I’m actually in the right spot :) Can’t complain about that one bit.
I really do wish I knew whether my package was actually IN Little Rock, or if it’s just scheduled to be on its way to Little Rock tomorrow. Because if it’s still in Memphis, then that means it’s about 5 hours away...give or take. But if it’s in Little Rock, it’s only about 2 and a half hours awa y…that’s a huge difference. And I have to sign for it in order to get it, so I’m so gonna be staked out at Mom’s tomorrow. I’m gonna bet that it’s still in Memphis though. Because that’s the last place it was ‘Received’ and it says ‘In Transit’ in the North Little Rock section...either way, it’ll feel like forever while I’m waiting -..-

Lunchbreaks are too Short
2007-Jul-26, Thursday 12:51 pmOK, so we were having server problems earlier, and when the server is down the employees will play…or something like that. Surprisingly enough, I didn’t do as much farting around as I thought I would. But I needed to get invoices out, so that occupied my time till we could start accessing the server again. Anyway.
I actually woke up late this morning. I don’t know what happened…I assume that in the night I turned off my alarm clock O..o’ But I woke up at 6:28 instead of 5:40 >..< I was a little freaked. I put my breakfast on (the stuff I knew I could leave to itself) and hurried up and got ready. Then after I was ready I ate. I still had plenty of time and all, but *shrugs* I was rushed. MM does not like to be rushed. Especially early in the morning when it’s easy to bump into walls. I really don’t do mornings. I force myself to because of work, but I am not an early bird...then again, I am an insomniac.
Yesterday, my Twin and I actually started IMRPG up again…I think it went pretty great, even though we are a little rusty. Still, that’s expected. We haven’t RPGed…I’d be willing to say it’s been at least 3 years. I’m not quite feeling my character (at least not as much as Caladi or Topez or any of the others that I know really well) but she’s been sleeping for years now =..=’’ When did I get into college? I think it was late in 02...I don’t remember exactly, but after about 2 semesters of college I started revamping my world. So that’s how long she’s been dormant. Thank God I took notes when I wrote all these people down, otherwise I’d really be in a bind. Although I still need to go through the old charts and revise more. I’ve started up a “Info” document that contains a more detailed outline for the Crafts. It’s coming along slowly, but at least it’s something more that I have. I also started writing up chapter 1, but that shifted to the back burner when I started packing up my movies.
Oh, I also typed up my people’s wedding vows ^..^ I don’t know why, but I was busy typing in Stats and it just came to me and I was like *GASP*. I immediately e-mailed it to myself…and then felt like a big dork for getting excited when I check my e-mail and had a new message =..= I’m an obsessive e-mail checker though…it’s pretty bad. I leave myself logged into yahoo all day when I’m at work, just waiting to see if anyone will send me anything. It’s pretty pathetic.
Speaking of stuff, (nice segway, huh? ~..~) I had ordered the second volume of Alice 19th from a vendor on Amazon…and it still hasn’t come in yet. This was over two weeks ago that I ordered this. The seller had contacted me earlier to let me know that they were having post problems, but it should be taken care of and I should be getting it soon…but that was like a week or so ago. So, I contacted them back and informed them that I still hadn’t gotten my package and that’s why I hadn’t rated them yet. I bet today I’ll actually get it in =..= Figures. Well, it’d be better than no one knowing what had happened I guess.
I got a bill in for my car insurance yesterday. It was just notifying me that my insurance was due on the 5th of August. So now, I’m thinking of decreasing the amount of stuff I’m ordering...but then again…why?! I don’t wanna! /whine. Ok, maybe I’m just being silly, but I’m very conciensious concerning my money and I don’t like to have any less than $100 in the bank after bills are paid and stuff is bought. Maybe I’m over-reaacting but I hate having to worry about it.
Well…I can’t think of anything else to write…that’s a sure sign that I should end the post. So, I’ll talk later, Sunshines.

Post-Con Prep

Now, it’s getting down to the days when we’ll be counting down to the Gathering…and I’m getting a little anxious ^.^ I keep thinking “Think of what you want to pack now, and put it all away. That way you won’t have to do a mad dash when you DO pack.” And then I think of all the things I’ll be needing to go do before then (hair cut, buy DVD-RWs for DVD player, deposite Lori’s check so I can buy her wine, etc). It’s just maddening the crap I go through pre-con just to make sure I don’t havfe to go through crap during the con. But, in the end, it’s worth it.
Oh, wonder among wonders, Reiko and I have started a RPG story through e-mail. I’m always skeptical about starting RPGs lately, because I always compare it to the ones I had with my twin. And lately I just haven’t really been wanting to do them with anyone. But she wanted to do one so badly the last time we all got together, and Chibi was giving her such a hard time with it. I finally gave in and created a character and wrote about about her and what she was doing in the story and sent it to Reiko for her to add in her part. Even more surprising is that it’s been going well…then again, we only started it day before yesterday. Still. It’s working well. And she’s happy. That’s what matters…right?
I bought a bunch of things from amazon, hoping they’d get in before we had to leave. It’s not that I’d be pissed if they didn’t, but I’d prefer that they did...oh, one thing that I really want to get is 2008 Nene Thomas Frost Moon Calendar. That is just awesomeness on the wall (can’t say ‘on a stick’ ^.^). Oh and I found the perfect thing to go with the ‘Mouto-chans Christmas gifts! But I won’t say what yet…not till I’ve bought it. ^.^
Other than all that…I guess that’s all there is to report thus far. Work’s been bearable and slow...I cannot wait for the weekend. Later, sunshines!

Loooong Weekend
2007-May-21, Monday 02:26 pmOMG, so sore. I think I actually worked harder over the weekend than I do at work…And I’m pretty sure it’s a forshadowing of things to come, what with the Nexus needing so much work. We didn’t even do any work on the Nexus this past weekend either. We went through my closet and my books, and then we cleaned up the house for Mom. Mom and Aunt Audrey went off to Tennessee, and they came back early (Sunday Night/Monday morning instead of Monday evening like was planned). So, we worked franticly Sunday…Saturday, was more going through stuff and putting everything off to tend to Sunday ^.^
Saturday statrted out well enough. We woke up and watched The Prestige, which was an awesome movie. I mean, I kept thinking “Ok, this has got to explain itself and get better soon...” then at the end it was just pure “O.O” in awe. Seemed like the answer was so simple, but you never would’ve thought about it till you got over half way through the movie. It doesn’t really help that they keep going from present to past either…but it works. It just increased it’s priority level on my wish list ^.^
I hurt my arm pretty badly Saturday too. We were going through my closet and I picked up my backpack which was way in the back, and I was trying to bring it up front so I could see what was in it. Well, I’m all the way in the closet basically, and the closet door slides shut so suddenly, it throws me off balance and I hit the wall, my right arm trying to brace myself, lift myself back up and hang on to that back pack. So, yeah, afterward, my arm really hurt. But, like the workhorse that I am, I just ignored it (or tried to). Then once everything was done and we decided to watch TV, my arm really was killing me. So much so that I decaded to bite the bullet and rub banalg (or however it’s called) all over my arm. That sucker really hurt then. It was like that burning sensation and it hurt from my shoulder to my fingers and even into parts of my shoulder blades and under arms. I mean, I moved my pinkie and I felt it all down my arm.
I got Scampers to watch Voyage of the Unicorn, which isn’t a bad movie if you just keep in mind that it’s low bedut =.= I liked the story line, even if it was a tad on the juvenile side. But I think half way through it we ended up forgetting the move (save for one or two parts where we cracked jokes about it) and just ended up talking to one another.
Oh, and we had forgotten to check the mail, and I went to check it Sunday morning and my Sailor Moon Super S had come in, which was the superest super fast shipping that I’ve ever experienced. I mean, I have two orders that were placed on May 4 that still haven’t come in. One of which was supposed to be in by the 15…Now, I really am more than a little anxious. But, there’s nothing to do about it yet. I have to wait on USPS, because that package is in the mail. If I see that it gets “delivered” and I don’t have it in, then I’ll take issue. The other one isn’t due to till the 28th…we’ll just have to see what we see. But anyway. I got a copy of SMS, but it’s in decent condition, so I don’t really mind so much. And it was pretty cheap (for anime).
Sunday was a lot of cleaning, some Warcraft and some watching TV/Sailor Moon. We also went through all the books that were in my bin and put them in my bed shelves….and then I realized that one of the bins was nearly empty. So I emptied all of the books into one bin, got that old crate that held the other half of my books, transferd all of my Saddle Club books into the other bin, and put the other part of my books into my bed shelves. All in all, a productive day. My arm started to hurt towards the end of it though.
Oh! And I got to cook…well sorta. I mean, I didn’t really do much actual cooking…I ”cooked” egg rolls, ragoons and ramen for lunch. Twas very good….if I do say so myself. I guess it’s just a small bit of an accomplishment when you can actually think of everything and do it all yourself.
That’s all for now. I hope Scampes hasn’t zoned out on too much Warcrack. She was addicted to it enough yesterday. I’ll go ahead and sign off now though. Later, sunshines.

Update and Weekend Quiz Spam
2007-Mar-24, Saturday 10:28 pmWell, today was fun to start off, a tad on the miserable side towards the middle, and it ended fairly well all thing’s considering. My cousins (Scamp and her older brother Josh) came over this morning (oh yeah, they brought their parents with them too), and I showed Josh Warcarft *cough*warcrack*cough*. I really should see a doctor about that cough too... ^_^ Anyway. Yeah, after showing Josh a few videos on YouTube, I let him get on and play. He made an Orc Warrior, which I must confess is a tyle of character that I never play. Evenditly he’s suited to the big, brutish tank style. Which is really great, because we DoT dealers, Mages etc. really need someone like that around to absorb a foes blows….dude that almost sounded like poetic in some weird, geeky way =) Anyway!
I finally got the Brit boy’s package(s) to Scamp for her to add to her…uh…things she’s sending them O.o And I also got to give her the Red vs. Blue tapes that I made for her….which will go to Josh whenever she moves in with me ^.^ I’m not certain how, but they also managed to make off with a good deal of my anime collection….not that I mind really. I know how funny Scamp can be about the care and condition of such things (books, anime, oh hell, anything!). Besides, no one here is watching it. That reminds me, I really need to finish watching Rune Soldier. I bought the box set and I haven’t even watched it all! I guess that’ll come after I finish Lori’s X-Files. I swear, it’s going on two weeks that I have this, and I’ve yet to get through the sixth disc! I don’t know what’s been wrong with me lately, but I guess my attention has been a bit divided.Or just not there at all O.o But, yeah…anyway. I loaned them /thinks Slayers (the first season along with Next and Try), and Fruits Basket.
Mom had made a nice, big taco soup since they’d taken the trouble to come all the way over here hauling Aunt Lane/Conni’s chair. The adults talked (and ranted) while we camped out in my room and talked (and ranted ^.^). The taco soup was really good...I think the difference is in the Fritos...I’ve eaten it before without the Frito chips and it wasn’t one of my faves. But it is very easy to make, and it is warm and tastey. After some gaming, a bit of talking, and then wishing them well as they went on their way…I came down with a serious headache. It felt like a sinus head ache, so I can only assume it’s just my allergies. Yes, Spring has definatley sprung. I can feel it in my nose =_=
Other than watching a bit of X Files and laying around, I did nothing but feel the effects of the sinus/allergy medicine. Then mom poked her head in and asked if there were any other epsidoes of Bones that we could watch…and considering we’d only gotten the first disc watched, I said there was quite a few. So we got through the second disc today ^.^ And the evening ended really well.
I must say though...I’m afraid that I’m becoming a little obsessed with spending money on Amazon…or anywhere else really. Sure, I don’t do it when I don’t actually have money...but think about it. Friday, once I’d gotten paid and found out how much I made, I went to Amazon and bought The X-Men Trilogy (because even though I dispised the last one I still love the X-men), Robotech - The Shadow Chronicles, Howl's Moving Castle, Can't Take Me Home by P!nk, Don't Fear the Reaper: The Best of Blue Öyster Cult, and Numb/Encore by Linkin Park & Jay-Z (because Amazon stopped selling it or something)…it was like…I really just couldn’t help myself. I had done the math and figured what I’d have left over after tithes, savings and bills and then said “Yeah, I’ve got plenty left over.” So I spent some. /nod nod nod. I really should focus on not doing that for a very long time…
Other than that purchase…and my lingering headach…everything’s pretty ok. Oh yeah. There is that one thing…Mom and I were trying to move that chair that Scamp and Co. brought…and Mom tried to move it too soon and the wrong way and…well…right onto my right big toe. Yeah, the nail kind of cracked down the center to about half way down the length of the nail...and the edge around the nail has turned a different color. Trying to file that nail evenly was terrible. But! Other than that and my headache, I’m doing ok. And now, I’m really tired…so I’m gonna go ahead and close out now that I’ve written here and to Scamp. See you later, sunshines!

2006-Dec-05, Tuesday 10:31 amOk, so, living without the internet is a bore and a pain. I thought it’d be pure agony, but in truth, I’ve ordered everything that I’m gonna order online, so there’s no need for me to really worry over that. Everything’s been paid. Everything’s in the mail. ruby_unicorn , but I don’t know how much of a headache that’ll be what with it being in a huge table and all. The table is formatted in Word and it would probably be a great big pain to try formatting it in html. In fact, I confess that I’ve no earthly notion how to make a table in scratch html. Before long, I’ll be going through D&D and EQ RPG books to look at what types of spells they have there. Looking at their spells always helps me to think of something.
Yesterday, after hastily posting that last entry, I did managed to glance at my friends page. Unfortunately, it was almost time to go, and I knew that I wouldn’t be able to do a thorough reading as much as I would enjoy it. In what little time I had left, I did manage to copy and print out the last entries of wotcherscamp and rattgirl . I didn’t get the chance to read it till later that night, but it made me feel more connected...even though I’m not -_-
I finally got my PS2 in yesterday afternoon. I was surprised at how very small and lightweight it is. So, I glanced at the instruction manual and thought I had a general idea of how to hook it up. I set it on the shelf that holds my VCR and proceeded to try and move the TV so that I could see the ports in the back...The shelf that my loving father put up for my TV, is scrawny and weak. It’s bowing in the center (where the TV is), and it moves with every little nudge I give the TV! Of course this has me frightened that it’ll fall or break the shelf in two if I try to fool with it. All that boils down to that I do have my PS2...but I’ve no real way of playing it as I can’t figure out how to install it without moving the TV. There were some of those Audio/Video ports in the front of the TV, but I tried to plug it into those and still, it didn’t work -_- I am defeated. I’ve decided to ask my Dad to make another shelf. One more sturdy that doesn’t look like it’s about to break. Of course, he’s two weeks from coming in, so I’ll just have to do without till he does come in. I might try hooking it up to the TV in the living room, if only to experiment and see if I actually know which cables to hook up to which ports O.o It’s been ages since I had a gaming system, and I’ve forgotten how to hook them up.
I also received the other package yesterday and though I did have a rather large sulk-fit at not being able to install the PS2 properly, I consoled myself with Pride and Prejudice, which was almost better than the first go-around. I find I’m more enamored with it now than I was when I first watched it, if that makes any sense at all. Some things just keep getting better as they go. I also skimmed through Races of Destiny, my new D&D supplement book. It’s very interesting and I find the only problem I have with it is that there just isn’t enough put into it ^_^ I also received The Mists of Avalon on DVD, which is actually a gamble that I took. I’ve never seen this movie, but I have wanted to for a very long time. I’ve yet to watch it, but I think I’ll try doing that tonight if I get the chance. Has anyone else seen this, and if so what were your opinions of the movie (and/or the book if you like)?
I didn’t get to sleep till around 1 last night and for two specific reason. One being that I had told Mom I would wash the permanent press, and had nearly forgotten it. I knew I couldn’t just wash it and get away with that so I waited till the washer was done, and then left the clothes in the dryer. Of course Mom didn’t really like that very much beings as she’s never satisfied with dried clothes unless they are immediately hung after they’ve finished drying =_= The second reason for my being up so late would be that I had printed out a list of Magic and the spells these different magics use, and then I had gone through it and edited it more to my liking (added and revising and such). As I had no internet coupled with plenty of time and a reason for staying up longer than I would (the clothes in the washer), I decided to go through the old document which was on this jump drive, and change the format to what I came up with on the edited paper. I am happy to report that the result looks much more organized and unified, even though there isn’t nearly enough on it. I was thinking of posting the table that I’d made in

Scratching, Scurrying and Squeaking >_>
2006-Dec-02, Saturday 10:58 amWhoa...ok, so last night…not the greatest. Better than the two before it but still not the greatest. Mom and I did end up going o Wal mart around 10 last night. It was actually pretty nice considering there was hardly anyone there at all. It was very un-nice because Mom had my list of things I wanted to buy...but she put it somewhere and we never found it -.- It was also un-nice because they didn’t have half the merchandise I thought they would. Honestly. They had one PS2 controller that looked maybe/alright...but even then, it wasn’t that appealing. In the end I decided to just get the controllers from Amazon. The order’s being processed now. But I think I’ll get those memory cards from Office Depot or something...if only because that’s where Amazon said they originated from and I have a $10 off any $50 purchase coupon from there O.o;
We got home and I took my pills for bed time. But I decided to try to hurry up and order those controllers. Anyone every try ordering something online when your computers freezing every second? Yeah. Not fun at all. I finally got to bed around 1. Then …I heard them...The scurrying…the scratching…the squeaking...Now…I like small rodents…but I don’t like them gnawing away at things in my attic. Luckily, I was so exhausted at this point that even their racket couldn’t prevent the inevitable.
Oh, and yesterday, I got Katamari Damacy in. It looks so kawaii. I also got two shirts that I ordered...I got the Red vs. Blue "That's right. I'm a Gay Robot" shirt and the " Chupathingy!" shirt :)
I’m hoping that the movies and such that I ordered and /crosses fingers the PS2 I ordered will come in today. I doubt that both will...but you never know right? I now have all of the gifts I wanted either ordered or here except for.../thinks 2. But I also know what those are gonna be so it’s easier.Well...it’s freezing down here, so I really feel sorry for all you Yanks up north. Must be agony. I’m gonna go get another cup of coffee and see what Mom wants to do today...this computer’s driving me nuts =.= Peace out.

I got my Moon Crescent Pendant in the mail with some coupons for $10 off the vendor’s store...Then I read it again and noticed the ‘earn your wiccan degrees online’ part and that kinda fizzled. I did glance at it, and it’s got some seriously cool stuff on it. It’s called Sacred Mists, which is really dramatic but uber cool. I can find all their jewelry on Amazon, so I’d pretty much decided not to use the coupon. Then I saw the Crystals & Gemstones section and nearly came unglued. Those of you that know me well know why I’m such an avid rock/gem collector and why I’m almost obsessive about the hobby. So this site’s now officially become invaluable to me if only for that reason. Mom and Dad wont be thrilled that I'm buying these things from a wiccan site...but wiccans gotta eat too na no da ^.^ It made me want to search for books on gems again though =.= Honestly. I’ve got two huge ones already.
However, I’ve no real intention of using this coupon. So I’ve decided to make this post detailing the whole thing if only for the benefit of whatever wiccan friends I may actually have here on LJ. Annoying Buzzers
2006-Oct-20, Friday 11:22 pmWell, I have two patients now. Mom called me right after I’d gotten home and informed me that Dad had called her and was sick as a dog along with 18 of the other men on the rig. She also said that she was feeling bad and would probably mosey on home sometime tonight. Dad got home and it turned out that he wasn’t sick from a virus or sickness, but because they’d gotten a new galley hand at the rig and the food was so terrible it gave all the men up-set stomachs and diarrhea =.= Honestly. He let himself sit for a while and felt a bit better just from resting; then, headed over to take a short shower and we sat and watched TV for a little while. But he got so tired and weak that he couldn’t really focus, so he went and laid down. Mom got in a little while after I wrote back to Gillian’s Amazon letter and she’s feeling terrible. I think they’re both in bed now. I hope the food Dad ate works its way out of his system soon...I’ll need his help with taking care of Mom.
I fixed us some Raman noodle (spiced up with a bit of Mrs. Dash), but he didn’t want his. Said he didn’t think his stomach could handle it. So it was just me eating. I watched a bit of The Soup with him, but he wanted to go lay down then, so I just turned off the TV (to give him the chance to fall asleep) and washed the dishes. I figured, Mom wouldn’t want to come home to a dirty kitchen and all. So, Twin-san, if you got on WoW tonight and wondered why I wasn’t there, this is why -.- Gomen ne. Oh, and in case you didn’t know, Ceire has mail. Gomen about that too =.=’
Luckily, Mom’s Christmas gift came in today. I wrapped it right away when I got home, so her gift is already wrapped. So’s Tiffany’s now that I think of it. But I ran out of tape right after that, so Alley and Scamp’s gifts are still unwrapped...which is good, ‘cause I haven’t finished stuffing that huge box that Scamp’s gift is in with packing. I need to pack it tighter so that there won’t be any spaces for the thing to move around.
Speaking of Scamp, we’ve been talking a bit about getting together for Thanksgiving….but it looks like we’re at an impasse here. Mom wants them to come down the week before Dad comes home, because (since we live here around Dad’s kin) Dad’s family always expect us to celebrate Thanksgiving with them. But Alex’s birthday is on the 11th which is the day Mom had planned. I mentioned something about maybe them coming down the Sunday before Dad comes in and her just getting her birthday present (which is totally separate from her Christmas present ^.^) a little early. But I think we’ve decided to tell our parents to work it out. Either way, I am bringing her her gift…if I have to come down the weekend before her birthday and spend and give it to her myself, then so be it. But one way or another, I want to give it to her myself.
In a related note, Scamp mentioned that Billy was cockney (not sure if I’m spelling that right or not, but hey, I spell ‘em like I sound ‘em out ^.^), and that they actually had a sort of language that they used as a way of confusing the local authorities because the cops back then didn’t like the cockney people overly much. Something to do with a lot of the words rhyme or something...it wasn’t overly clear -.- But anyway. I was thinking that’d be a great idea for my Knaves. Knaves in my story are a type of Rogue character. They’re can be anything from simple pick-pockets and thieves to master assassins. And of course it follows that, like in EverQuest, they have they’re own sort of language. In EQ they called it Theives’ Cant or some other such. But I was thinking that what Scamp’s told me of Cockney sounds perfect for the basis of a language for my Knaves. In theory at least. I’ve yet to put the idea into practicality.
Completely off subject here….there are flies in my house. I’m not talking about little buzzers either. No no no. These are big flies. There are at least 6 of them; 1 in the kitchen, 2 in my room, and 3 in the bathroom. They’ve been bugging the living hell out of me if only because I cannot figure out how they got here! I don’t leave my door open, so how’d they get in? They’re really bothering me too, because they’ll sit there on the wall forever to the point where you’ll be like “oh well, at least they’re not buzzing about me in that aggravating fashion.” And then they’ll be all buzzing about as if they’ve got a score to settle!
Ok. I’m too tired to go on, so that means this entry’s done for the night…..’night!

2006-Oct-19, Thursday 09:03 am‘Lo everyone. Man, did I withdraw from LJ World or what? Things have been a perfect mixture of busy and not busy which usually combines to make me too tired to post. Even when I wasn’t busy, I was doing my own thing which, made me busy and therefore made me tired. Either way you look at it, I just haven’t been able to muster the enthusiasm to post. aw man! That no-good, dirty, lousy, thoughtless, insensitive jerk! oh why I oughtta…*sniffle sniffle*...Oh good...uh oh...no way! Hmmmmm...ok, maybe...What! Uh huh...uh huuh…uh huuu~uuuh...how cute!..wait…it’s over? Damn!
That’s not to say nothing has happened. I’ve been playing World of Warcraft with my twin a lot more lately, which has turned into something really fun to look forward to. As a consequence, Bonnianne has approximately 470+ pics now =.= I am such a shutter bug. I feel a little bad for abandoning my Troll Jezeth and my Tauren Suzii…but I’m having entirely too much fun with Bonni to really agonize over it ^.^
Mom went for her stress test Tuesday, and they really put her through the ringer. She was actually feeling good till she went and took it…then she took it and felt terrible. It got better yesterday though, and today she’s gone off to Lake Author for the church’s womens’ retreat. She said she wanted to leave a day early to get settled in at her own pace, and she insisted in going in her own car (as opposed to riding with others) because she’s afraid she’ll start to feel bad and want to come home, and she doesn’t want to actually have to ask anyone to drive her home. I’m glad she did...because I ordered her Christmas present earlier in the week and the package is due to come in any day now ^.^ /sneaky.

In other news, Gillian sent me the first chapter of her world’s story and I <3 it. It had me all giddy for a second. I will now do a slight voice-over of my internal thoughts as I read over the chapter
This concludes my voice over -_-; However, this chapter did further my suspicions that Calypso rocketh my socks. So that’s all good.

Oh! Also! Sunday, I posted every quiz that I’d taken...leavening me with this blank document. I realized a long time ago that I loved taking quizzes in mass and just wanted to put them on my journal at the end of my entries, right? Well, I’d piled them up on this document, which has my tags all listed on it, and the document ended up being about 32 pages long. Well, Sunday, there were no quizzes left on this document. I’m going to have to restock or something. Don’t worry though, I already headed over to take a quiz to post at the end of this entry ^_~
I can’t remember if there is any other news.../thinks………..nope. Can’t remember. I guess that’s all. Well, gotta finish getting ready for work. Ja for now!

It's the Coolest time of the year. Really!
2006-Oct-04, Wednesday 08:49 amGood morning! I woke up a little early today, because the boss-lady gave us all bonuses the other day for working so hard through the audit. And there’s no other way for me to deposit the thing unless I remember to leave early -.-
I would just like to take this time to point out what a cool month October is. Not only is it the only time of year when you can dress ridiculously and get away with it, but tons of cool people are born in this month. I’ve always said that the ‘ber’ months (September, October, November & December) are the coolest months of the year. I included November and December because you get together with family and eat a lot in those two months. This month not only is it my birthday but the following people celebrate birthdays as well: Dreamie, Sephiroth, Chibi, Jen-Twin-san, Crooked halo, Anowyn, and Purrsia. Tons of uber-cool people.
Now that that’s been said I feel much better. Scamp said she got my birthday present in, which is very good since the stress of not getting it was sending her into spazes. Speaking of spazes, I really need to wrap Chibi’s and Reiko’s gifts. I intend to send Chibi’s some time next week...probably the 9th. Although I don’t know how or when >.< I have to go in to work early that day (8) so I don’t know. I do know that I’ll get an hour break, so maybe I can get something to eat and drop it off. That’d be good.
I’ve been thinking of buying myself a few things off of my wish lists just because it’s my birthday and all. But I’m still not sure. I think I’ll wait till Friday, because that’s when the party is, and I’ve no idea what lacey may or may not have gotten me -.- then again, I don’t know if anyone else may’ve gotten me anything either. It’s not like it’s a huge birthday or anything. In two more years (when I’m 25), Mom and Dad may choose to make a bigger deal out of it since it’s sort of a mile stone...or some other such nonsense.
In other news...this is the fourth morning in a row that I’ve woken up with a sinus headache and had to take something right away for it. Damn humid south-LA climate. Why can’t we have seasons, dammit! Honestly! I’ve noticed that my ears are really sensitive to sound and touch. It’s just odd.../shrug oh well. I’ll live =.=
Uhhhhhh……I think that’s all. And even if it isn’t, I should probably finish getting ready. Ja-ne!

Well today’s been...long? I guess...? I’m tired. I think it’s from the rain, but considering that I’m waking up at 5 for work and 6 for church and that’s 6 days out of the week I don’t get a lot of sleepy time >_< But who’s counting?
So, yeah, my voice post sounded like I was stoned, no? Well anyway, after that I left and sent my Twin her package. I don’t know when she’ll be getting it...then again she won’t be getting it. Stephen will. But the point is, it’s in the mail ^.~ I also got Gill’s letter with the two profiles I made up in the mail this morning. I’d considered sending it specially...like, getting it 2-day delivery or something. But, I learned the last time that anywhere in the South (LA, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and some parts of Florida) is considered a ‘2-day delivery’ even if it’s just regular. So you’re paying $10 more for something that’s the same as the regular fee. Wonky, no?
Mom had her MRI done today, but no real news on what’s up. The doctors have to look at it first and all, so we’ll know (many many days) after they know =_= But she shays that she’s feeling much better than yesterday. But that’s because the migraine stopped. Yesterday it just wouldn’t let up, and today it’s not even there. She’s just feeling drained and nauseous and week...Oh well. Can’t win for loosing.
I did get Home Alone 1 – 3 in today and I added it to the Updated Movie List. According to this list I have 90 movies and 35 series...O.O...wow…/shakes head Uh. Mom and I watched Home Alone 3 tonight to be spared from the boredom. It was just as fun as I remember it, and I haven’t seen it in a long while. It’s good to know that some things don’t change.
Work was fun too. Tomorrow is Connie’s birthday, and even though she’s out for the day, Lacey is planning on having some fun decorating for the next day she comes in. We’re gonna have her party then too. Considering all the things I’ve heard of the little ‘after party’ that we’ll all be having upstairs (just for us ‘worksaver’ galls), I’m starting to get very nervous about my upcoming birthday =.=’’’’ /clears throat They were trying to get their plans together for the Christmas party we’ll be having. It’ll either be on the 2nd or the 9th of December. They’re wanting to have it in New Orleans, at a nice fancy restaurant. Afterwards the others want to go partying around in the French Quarter. Not my idea of a great time, but I really do want to celebrate with the ladies. So, if Lenda and Connie decide to go, I might ask what their plans are afterwards. If they plan on just coming back, I might ask to carpool with them. I dunno. It’s a ways off yet. Still, never hurts to be prepared.
Well, I’m off to take pills and watch Supernatural till I can’t keep my eyes open any more. ‘Night.
