Well, today was fun to start off, a tad on the miserable side towards the middle, and it ended fairly well all thing’s considering. My cousins (Scamp and her older brother Josh) came over this morning (oh yeah, they brought their parents with them too), and I showed Josh Warcarft *cough*warcrack*cough*. I really should see a doctor about that cough too... ^_^ Anyway. Yeah, after showing Josh a few videos on YouTube, I let him get on and play. He made an Orc Warrior, which I must confess is a tyle of character that I never play. Evenditly he’s suited to the big, brutish tank style. Which is really great, because we DoT dealers, Mages etc. really need someone like that around to absorb a foes blows….dude that almost sounded like poetic in some weird, geeky way =) Anyway!

I finally got the Brit boy’s package(s) to Scamp for her to add to her…uh…things she’s sending them O.o And I also got to give her the Red vs. Blue tapes that I made for her….which will go to Josh whenever she moves in with me ^.^ I’m not certain how, but they also managed to make off with a good deal of my anime collection….not that I mind really. I know how funny Scamp can be about the care and condition of such things (books, anime, oh hell, anything!). Besides, no one here is watching it. That reminds me, I really need to finish watching Rune Soldier. I bought the box set and I haven’t even watched it all! I guess that’ll come after I finish Lori’s X-Files. I swear, it’s going on two weeks that I have this, and I’ve yet to get through the sixth disc! I don’t know what’s been wrong with me lately, but I guess my attention has been a bit divided.Or just not there at all O.o But, yeah…anyway. I loaned them /thinks Slayers (the first season along with Next and Try), and Fruits Basket.

Mom had made a nice, big taco soup since they’d taken the trouble to come all the way over here hauling Aunt Lane/Conni’s chair. The adults talked (and ranted) while we camped out in my room and talked (and ranted ^.^). The taco soup was really good...I think the difference is in the Fritos...I’ve eaten it before without the Frito chips and it wasn’t one of my faves. But it is very easy to make, and it is warm and tastey. After some gaming, a bit of talking, and then wishing them well as they went on their way…I came down with a serious headache. It felt like a sinus head ache, so I can only assume it’s just my allergies. Yes, Spring has definatley sprung. I can feel it in my nose =_=

Other than watching a bit of X Files and laying around, I did nothing but feel the effects of the sinus/allergy medicine. Then mom poked her head in and asked if there were any other epsidoes of Bones that we could watch…and considering we’d only gotten the first disc watched, I said there was quite a few. So we got through the second disc today ^.^ And the evening ended really well.

I must say though...I’m afraid that I’m becoming a little obsessed with spending money on Amazon…or anywhere else really. Sure, I don’t do it when I don’t actually have money...but think about it. Friday, once I’d gotten paid and found out how much I made, I went to Amazon and bought The X-Men Trilogy (because even though I dispised the last one I still love the X-men), Robotech - The Shadow Chronicles, Howl's Moving Castle, Can't Take Me Home by P!nk, Don't Fear the Reaper: The Best of Blue Öyster Cult, and Numb/Encore by Linkin Park & Jay-Z (because Amazon stopped selling it or something)…it was like…I really just couldn’t help myself. I had done the math and figured what I’d have left over after tithes, savings and bills and then said “Yeah, I’ve got plenty left over.” So I spent some. /nod nod nod. I really should focus on not doing that for a very long time…

Other than that purchase…and my lingering headach…everything’s pretty ok. Oh yeah. There is that one thing…Mom and I were trying to move that chair that Scamp and Co. brought…and Mom tried to move it too soon and the wrong way and…well…right onto my right big toe. Yeah, the nail kind of cracked down the center to about half way down the length of the nail...and the edge around the nail has turned a different color. Trying to file that nail evenly was terrible. But! Other than that and my headache, I’m doing ok. And now, I’m really tired…so I’m gonna go ahead and close out now that I’ve written here and to Scamp. See you later, sunshines!

….I’m really tired. I’ve had a busy day. First, Mom and I went to IHOP to have breakfast. We had the Cinn-a-stackers French toast, and for once I think we found something that was almost (almost mind you) too sweet for even me. But it was so good. Seriously, it’s one of those things where you’re like “Oh, I’m not sure I can handle it but ohhhh it’s soooo good!”After breakfast, we headed to Wally World to get groceries. I ended up buying a second DVD holder…and Jumanji. It was $5.50 /shrugs. Mom and I then came home and watched Man of the Year with Robin Williams. It was pretty good. We started it thinking it was a total comedy, but it turned out to be a serious funny thing.

After talking a bit with Scamp, I played some WoW with my Twin. Yaviel got up to level 11, and I’m proud of her. I really want her to get up to 13 if only so she can wear some of the jewelry that she made. I mean, honestly...she made the ring or necklace, let her wear it =.= Got a better pet too, instead of that loud-mouthed imp. It’s a good thing we got off when we did though, because I was about ready to plop over from hunger.

Around 7ish, Mom and I went to the mall. I was getting low on the pick cherry blossom body wash that I love, and I had just gotten paid, so I wanted to get something more. Their body washes were on sale for $5 a piece so, I really lucked out. That reminds me, I need to head to their web site and register to receive newsletters with coupons and notifications of specials. I’m such a B&B whore …but in a good way. I got two bottles of white cherry blossom body wash, some sheer freesia body wash, and some jasmine & vanilla aroma therapy. Then, Mom ended up buying a couple of things for my cousin’s birthday and got me some magnolia hand lotion. All in all, not a bad haul.

Then we went to Regis hair salon and I got my hair cut and styled. It looks very very…different…which is what I wanted. I’m not certain that I like it though…but I wanted different, so I’m not complaining, and everyone who’s seen it (that’s right, both the stylus and Mom) said that it looks really good. We’ll see. Oh, I also got my eyebrows done, which is something I’ve never had done. They the beautician said I had really nice eyebrows for someone who’d never had them done, they just needed some grooming. So I look a little different now, and it’s taking a bit of time to adjust to that I guess. Pictures will be forthcoming once I have the energy to take them.

I finally finished watching the 3rd season of the X-Files. Yay. I gotta talk Lori into giving me season 4 and 5...I didn’t get to see the first episode of the forth season because Lori said I wouldn’t get it -.-

Pills have kicked in. Talking like cartoon characters. Must sleep now. Later, sunshines.

What a whirl wind of a week, and I tell you what. Monday was us all looking forward to Tuesday because we all had Mardi Gras off and all. Mom and Dad’s anniversary was the 20th, but Dad had to be driven to work in Sabine Pass on the 21st, so instead of driving out there early in the morning and Mom having to drive all the way back with little sleep, they drove up there on the 20th (their 25th anniversary) and got a hotel in Sabine Pass. Mom called me laughing about how they got a room in the biggest hotel in the city. It had a whole 30 rooms! Man, Dad sure knows how to show Mom a good time -.- At least he takes her places…

Before they left for the hotel we had our whole family breakfast and I had to help them set up Mom’s gift. Dad got Mom just what she wanted, a GPS for her car ^__^ …then he broke the stand that it’s supposed to go on later in the day, but still! It’s the thought that counts right? We watched Smoke & The Bandit 1, 2 and 3…quite the trip, I’ll tell you that. The third one was almost risky and raunchy...I mean, I know they felt they had to try harder since Burt Reynolds wasn’t in it but for a minute, but do they really need to show/imply all that sex and have all the naked people running around. I’m trying to watch this with my parents people! (it almost sounds like I’m the parents and I’m saying “I’m trying to watch this with my kids!” or something).

One good thing that came of Mardi Gras holiday...I was bored and I wanted a Moolate. But I knew I’d end up committing justifiable homicide if I even tried to get out into traffic. So, I pulled out the coffee icecream I bought for myself, some milk, chocolate syrup, ice, and hazelnut cream, put it all (carefully) in my bullet blender and I’ll be dad-gum if I didn’t make myself a Moolate! It tasted so frikkin good. So, then I was like “Hm, if I could get some whipped cream and chocolate turtle and caramel to go on top, this could be the best damn snack ever!” You know what I need to do? I need to go to Dairy Queen and ask what type of shavings they put on the Hazelnut Moolate. If they ask why I want to know, I’ll say that I have allergies and I want to make sure it isn’t anything that’d aggravate my allergies =^.^= Hee! I might be able to start my own thing whenever friends get together! MM Moolaties

Ok, enough diabolical planning. Oh, Yesterday was rough. I didn’t get to sleep till late, and what’s worse I was watching the X-files. So, I’m alone in my house, I’ve over-dosed on WoW, X-files and sugar…yeah. I was up till like 1 and even then, my deams were wonky. I dreamed there were all these little gargoyle statues in my room, and every time I’d go to sleep they’d come alive and make a mess all over the house. Then I’d wake up and they’d be back where they were as if nothing’d happened, but the mess would still be there! It was so aggravating.

Later, after having a panic attack and crashing at work (not a good combination, I assure you =_=), I was relieved to get home. Mom had gotten home safely too. We talked for a bit, and then just as I was about to shower, I got a call from Reiko. She was coming from her boyfriend’s house, and he was being an ass. She wanted to know if she could come and hang out and watch movies or whatever. I hurried up and changed into something comfortable, then I started making Moolates ^.^ Reiko drank all of hers in less than 20 minutes O.o So yea, I got the Reiko seal of approval on the Moolates. Mom said they were awesome too, but she can’t take that much sugar. But, since Reiko was having romantic troubles, I put on Pride & Prejudice; the ultimate romantic movie for those with romantic troubles. She thought it was great, especially since she’d never heard of the book. I was shocked to hear that, but then it’s another testament to our fine schools -_-‘ Then she realized the time and knew I was getting up uber-early, so she went ahead and left. Twas fun to rewatch P&P with her giddy excitement close by though…though, I’ve yet to have a bad experience watching P&P. It’s just good like that.

Today hasn’t been much. Work was work and it just dragged by. People’s kids seem to be having serious problems though. Lacey’s son Trystin had fractured his collarbone a few months back after taking a spill on his motor bike…today he was complaining about how it hurt him, and Lacey’s dad called to say that he had taken yet another spill on his bike. Lacey says Trystin isn’t the type that complains about things, so if he does start complaining it means he’s really hurting. Nicole’s youngest, Maddy, had come down with the flue over the weekend, but she was able to recover. She said she didn’t have a fever, so she went of to school (even though Nicole objected). But last night her oldest girl, Morgan, ran 103 fever and was miserably sick.

...well, there’s not much else to talk about and Supernatural will be on soon. That’s reason enough for me to go ahead and close out. Later, sunshines!

You know...I’ve wanted to post all weekend about things, and I’ve been putting it off or just forgetting about it. Sad, no? This weekend was fun and sucked all at the same time. Funny when that happens. Bloody hell began Saturday morning early and it has been a very rough cycle so far. Reiko had called during the week, wanting to know if we could get together Sunday. So, of course, I put off straightening up my room till the weekend. So, I cleaned a bit Saturday, then Mom and I had to head to Thibodaux (tib ih dough, people. Say it with me ‘tib – ih –dough’). She’d bought something there, and even though she actually purchased it they didn’t give it to her =.= So, we’re both feeling like petrified crap on a stick, but we’re out getting the stuff we need. I remembered that I hadn’t wrapped Reiko’s presents, and I wanted to get some paper for that (just in case). I also stocked up on candy for the office (Milky Ways & Musketeers), and we bought a boatload of those fuzzy socks since it’s freezing out and they were $1 ^____^.

After we left that we were pretty hungry. So we stopped at Rally’s which we love but rarely go to for some odd reason. The burgers we got were inconsequential and forgettable, but the fries...we only just discovered that Rally’s has three different type of cheese fries. We tried the Bacon Cheddar Ranch fries…omg, you guys. I don’t know if it’s because I’m menstrual or what, but those were the best damn fries I’ve ever eaten! They were so good, I told Mom that I wanted to rush home and write an entire post just about those fries. Then again, we were both starving by that time...so yeah. Maybe that’s it.

I was gonna get on World of Warcraft and play with my Twin, but by that time it was late and she had to be at work. So I figured there was very little point. I did dabble around on AMOS and figured out that a program I have called PicPerk can convert the pictures I took from WoW into Jpegs, which was a real concern. I’ve got hundreds of pictures of my characters that I’ve wanted to share, but without the help of CorelDraw, there was very little I could do. After that, I watched a lot of the second season of the X Files. I still have mixed feelings about seeing Mulder in a Speedo...swimming or not, there are just some things that should not be done. Over the weekend I watched all the way up to disc 5 (there are 7 episode discs and 1 bonus). So, not too shabby.

Anyway. Sunday was probably the worst day for me. I woke up in incredible pain. Mom had a terrible headache and couldn’t find her headache medicine. Figures. So we both ended up hunkering down and skipping church. After straightening up a little more (making the bed look a tad more presentable and tucking Reiko’s now-wrapped presents away), Reiko called and informed me that she was getting sick. I told her I wasn’t feeling well either so we’d just have to cancel our meeting. I IMed my Twin and played some Warcraft on my new Blood Elf Warlock. We played for a while, but I started to feel bad (after a couple of hours) and logged off. Reiko then called and said she was bored out of her mind watching Puppy Bowl and asked if I could bring her Wolf’s Rain. So, I did. Borrowed Accepted and Scourge of Worlds from her...Scourge of Worlds was fun when I finally figured out what had to be done. It’s an interactive DVD, so you actually get to choose which path the character’s choose. It was interesting. After looking over Reiko’s menagery and trading DVDs, I went and got Mom and I something from Subway for supper. We watched Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and then ...I don’t really remember, so I assume we went to bed =___=

I don’t feel quite as bad today as I did yesterday…that’s good. Not that I feel good, mind you…. I still feel like petrified crap on a beatin’ stick. Oh well. That’s all for now. Ja.

Thank God for medicine. Although the side-effects are...interesting. I started taking it...*thinks* Thursday...I woke up and took the pills at 7 when I usually wake up, right? So their like 12 hour pills, so I had to take one again at 7 PM. I took it and a little bit later...I kept getting the need to clean. My room is practically clean right now, with the exception of vacuuming and dusting. Everything’s been organized though. It was weird though...I’m feeling much better...even though I cant seem to get rid of all the flim-flam in my throat >.< So yeah...better!

In other news, our refrigerator still isn’t working right. S’a good thing it’s so cold out, because we’ve been making due with putting all our refrigerated items in ice chests outside. An inconvenience, to be sure, but nothing else is working. The rents called the repair man, but he says he can’t get the part needed to fix the fridge till Monday...so yeah. They said something about buying another (smaller) fridge to put in our utility room just to have extra room for food …and so we actually don’t have to go out into the cold and rifle through ice chests to get stuff =.=

Mrs. Marry’s birthday part was moved from the 6th to today. I’ve agreed to car pool with Lori and Lenda. I know they want to be there around 5:30, but they never told me where they were meeting or when O.o so yeah...Now I know what it’s like to be on call. I intend to bring my camera, and post the goings on here and put the pictures up on my FaceBook later.

I guess that’s all for today. I’m gonna go finish up watching The Soup and Starveillance, then watch more of the X Files. Tootles.

Uuuhhhgghggh…..I feel like petrified crap on a stick. I woke up yesterday not feeling great, but I just toughed it out and worked anyway. Today was so much worse though. I woke up and knew I just couldn’t tough it out, so I called in and made a doctor’s appointment. Round 12ish the doctor announced that I was having some allergy reaction to mold or something, but it’s causing a wet mucus overload which’s why it’s making me hack and cough and sneeze and wheeze (though not quite like my cousin wheezes ^___^). So yeah….gave me allergy medicine and said to call if anything changes for the worse.

In other news…our refrigerator stopped cooling.

My head is killing me. Lori loaned me season 1 of the X Files. I think I’ll make good use of the time with that. I’m out =____________=

Well, it’s past time for an update. Yesterday, I got paid and then finished off most of my paycheck all in one fell swoop ^.^ I bought several things that I’d had my eye on since my last paycheck, which went entirely to bills. I’ll be expecting the following items coming in the mail soon: Gargoyles and Medieval Monsters Coloring Book (in order to get free shipping, of course -.-), Feels Like Today [Enhanced] by the Rascal Flatts, Babylon, by Skindred, Reiko's Birthday present (or the scond part of it), World Of Warcraft Expansion: Burning Crusade (which was really purchased last month but is only showing up now), New 5 MM Synthetic Moonstone Band Gemstone Ring Size 10, Lady and the Tramp (50th Anniversary Edition), The Chronicles of Narnia - The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (Four-Disc Special Edition), V for Vendetta (Two-Disc Special Edition), and Sterling Silver Celtic Knot Crescent Moon Pendant with 18" Necklace. I think I’ll be a very happy, psycho bunny. ^_______^

Funny thing, Mom, Dad and I all went to town today. We went to Sam’s and they made the mistake of letting me wander down the DVD isle. They got me Twister, King Arthur, Hidalgo, A Little Princess, and The Secret Garden. They were all like $5 - $7 so I figured, it was worth it. Hell! If they’d had Troy in the Wide-Screen or extended edition format, I’d gotten that too ^_______^. For now, I’m enjoying things, because life is good. Now that I’ve updated the DVD Collection list accordingly, I’m continuing to watch season 4 of the X Files that Lori loaned me. I’m hoping to have it back to her sometime next week.

Other than that, I just need to contact my Twin-san and see if we can start playing Warcraft like we used to. Sure, Burning Crusade isn’t out yet, but that’s no reason not to build up what characters we do have. Then again, Rhi and Lianora are probably so higher up than Bonnianne that it’s not even funny. Kharaja and Karashi have probably surpassed Jezeth too, considering how much they enjoy playing trolls. The ones I’m pretty sure have gotten no attention are their Night Elves, Finathren and Ceire…they always played with Qiralyn and we only played the Night Elves when we were wanting something different from the other two groups. This is all speculation of course...I really should get on and play Suzii and Isiya. Suzii’s my Tauren shaman and I enjoy playing her a lot. Sure, her jokes are lame, but she’s a lot of fun to me. Isiya has cooler jokes (being undead and all), but I’ve yet to get as into the character. Oh well. I can’t wait till BC comes out.

Ok...that’s all for today. Ja!

You’d think I woulda learned, no? Nothing is every that easy. AMOS is back. AMOS is running just fine…AMOS cannot connect to the internet. I have tried –

1) Reseting the Modem twice
2) Turning AMOS off and reseting the modem then turning AMOS back on
3) Calling the techs and letting them ‘send a signal to the modem’, then turning off AMOS, unpluging the cabel wire that goes to the modem and restarting everything 45 seconds later.

None of these things have worked, and I’ve lost the phones each time I’ve done it (mostly because the phones, tv and internet are all connected. All of these things I have tried, and none of these things have worked. It’s time to send tech guys in and let them work their magic, cost be damned. On the bright side...AMOS is running very nicely in all respects and all that crap that was by the clock is now gone, save for the Sound and Hardware Remover buttons.

In other news, Lori (our head QA nurse) has loaned me season 4 of the X Files. I watched five episodes last night...and I called Scamp when I was winding down because I just didn’t want to be alone >,< Lori was telling me that it was a lot like Supernatural only broader. I’ve found that while both series share simularities, X Files is all over the place and delving into all paranormal phenomenons (as well as a few sick and creepy things)...and it’s funded by the government. Supernatural is more localized and tries to only deal with the supernatural...Still. Both seasons are cool. I just like Supernatural better because I’m into paranormal more than sci fi and...creepy.

Scamp told me she is almost finished with my next two drawings (while she was playing Adventure Quest with Billy Goat -.- I miss rpging!), and that she’ll be sending them by…soon (eventually)…along with a surprise...that’s ‘cute’. >.> …….<.< Mmmhmm. We shall see.

I swear, you guys. One of these days, I will post after 5 and you will know that I have internet at home. Oh well. S’all for now. Ja.
