This morning, I went and voted right away. I left the house around 7 and got there at 7:05, and I got out at 7:10. My Car was still warm. There were no people in front of me, and there was an open booth. So, it didn’t take long. Also, there was a sign on the door saying STOP! Look on the Table! And on the table there were all the candidates running and the amendments. Of course, they don’t put them in layman’s terms, but at least they had that before you get in the booth, right?
I had fun with Reiko this weekend, but she nearly made me lame from the 2 hours walking around Wal-Mart and then the other two hours walking around Target. I have to say, regestering at Target is so much easier. They give you a little inventory thingy to compile your list for both stores, but the one at Target has a full LCD display that shows what item you’ve chosen, how many you want and the price of each one. And plus, Target just always seems nicer than Wal-Mart for some odd reason ^..^
Not much else to post really...Here’s all the political quizes. Good to get them out now, right? Later, Sunshines.
You Should Live in a Purple State |
![]() Your preferences are 35% Blue, 65% Red You may not be a swing voter, but you feel comfortable around moderate people. You tend to do best in states with a red and blue mix - like Nevada and North Carolina. You are adaptable. You can converse with a church crowd as easily as with grad students. |
We Predict You Voted For McCain |
![]() We're 75% sure you voted for McCain. You seem to fit the profile of a typical McCain voter. We're not saying you should have (or shouldn't have) voted for him. But if we had to place a bet, we'd guess you voted McCain this year. |
