msmoon | Luling Bridge (Reply)

Yo. Just got back from Luling. It’s a little town in St. Charles Parish almost right under the Luling bridge. It was so pictureesqu! I told Mom, whenever we go back to make a trip to Sam’s, I wanna go back towards Luling, and take a pic of the bridge, and the underneath of the bridge. Then, whenver we go to CVS, I wanna get it developed in black and white. It’ll be so cool.

But anyway. We went to Luling, because their hospital had an advertisement in the paper for a ‘release of information clerk’ and I can realaese info. That’s right, I haven’t been rejected enough locally, so I’m gonna head over to another Parish. The town is pretty tiny. It was interesting to see it. And seeing the damange to the landscape. Trees cracked and strewn all over the place. There isn’t a street in south LA that isn’t lined with fallen branches that people have picked up off their lawn. Trees and billboards are those that took the most hits. And little tin shacks that were left to fend for themselves as well. Other than that, everything’s not terribly bad. Though the Hospital there had just gotten power recently...and phones too.

And that was my morning. I’m now watching the end of Growing up...Polar Bear. I love polar bears! But I still need to make a few more mood icons. I could upload them, and show you the few that I have made. But I’ll do that later. First, I need to snack out on chocolates. Later.
