Supernatural – Season 4 – Episode 15: Death Takes a Holiday

Wah! Supernatural is totally back! Thursday truly commeth now :D!

<..< Not entirely sure why, but it was one of those episodes that rocked my socks and made me sad all at the same time. I mean, death is one of those subjects...it’s just impossible to make it a happy great topic. So...yeah. Everything that happened in the episode was really cool....it just contained something that really sucked...mortality bites, yo.

...wah...Pammy...she es no more =..= I just loved her too. Of all the “expendable” characters that had to go, did it really have to be her? She had such spunk! Heh....she’s harassing Sam about his @$$ while he’s trying to pierce the veil :3

Castiel...impersonated Bobby? ...w...tf? Isn’t that something that evil spirits do? I mean, I distinctly remember when I watched Asylum, that Dr. Ellicott using Dean’s voice when he called Sam to lure him down there...So...Did Castiel do that, only her impersonated Bobby? Because...that’s uber creepy. I get that he feels like Dean wont do what he asks but...terrible way to prove the point, dude. When Angels act like Evil Spirits, there’s something seriously wrong going on...

Sam’s powers seriously leave me conflicted...I mean, every time he uses them to kick demon ass, I’m like, “Yah! Go, Sammy! Show ‘em who’s boss! Take no prisoners! Boo-yah!” then I remember that these are powers he technically shouldn’t be using....so it’s like “Oh...yah...that’s bad. That’s a bad, Sam. Bad!” It just really makes me all topsy turvy =..=

Seeing the boys take lessons from a ghost kid...that was pretty awesome. And the rock-salt shooting range? For a second I totally forgot it was my boys and I’m all like, “oooh-yah! That one hurt, huh!...oh wait...”

Let’s not forget the dedication to Kim Manners. I really teared up there...Then I remembered my favorite interview with him....it was the roach episode of the X-Files. The crew were saying how he was a funny director, because he actually directed to roaches (which, roaches aren’t really ‘direct-able’) ...and they said he did much better with the roaches than with people :D And he came on and said he talked to the roaches before the shoot saying, “OK, guys. I’m gonna say action...and then after the film starts rolling, I’m gonna say action again, and that’s when I want you guys to hit your marks.” And the roaches actually listened! It was hilarious because they were all giddy about how he directed the roaches. It’s so sad that he’s not with us any more...

This was a very conflicting episode...It rocked and was so ridden with angst ....just...conflicting.

...and that’s my review :3 It’s been a while since I’ve reviewed an episode...But, I’m hoping to get back into my swing of things now that the season’s started up...and they’ve confirmed season 5 XD Sooo happy!

Alright! That’s all I have to say about Supernatural tonight...I guess. Night, Sunshines.
