msmoonZOMG!!! Ok, I was down with everything, but I was excited till Castiel and Dean’s little dialog at the end there. But I’m babbling (Prepare for a lot of that this season!).
The episode starts…and I’m like “This sound..I KNOW this sound!” and sure enough, it was the three stooges snoring. It made me chuckle….When I saw the poor girl at the beginning, I was like “>_> eh?” and then she opens up her closet and there’s all this…this…hunter stuff! And then I was like “Oh *sigh* well at least she’s prepared.” And then she dies bloody v_v Yeah….poor thing.
Meanwhile! The dynamic duo are crashing at Bobby’s (because he’s awesome!) debating religion and the existence of God….whoa…so, like, next maybe they’ll tackle an easy issue…like ending world hunger. I knew Dean was going be a skeptic…because he always IS. Every time Sam’s tried to get him to stop and consider that there may be good, Dean’s pretty much just been “No. No way. No how.” It happened with Gordon and the Vampires, it happened with Houses of the Holy. Dean doesn’t really see the world in black and white, it’s all just night, and he’s trying to find his way by the light of the moon. So of course, he doesn’t believe what Castiel is telling him much less in the existence of God. Thanks so much, Bobby, for not letting this episode fill up with sibling bickery.
….I had a feeling Sam would be cool, even ecstatic, about Dean’s savior. I mean, he’s the brother that’s optimistic and whishes for redemption. But I was a little worried, what with the last four months and his involvement with Ruby, that he might not be the same Sam. But he surprised me by going back to that Sam, the one we all knew and loved, and favoring Castiel/God. He still likes Ruby just fine though, and I suppose that’s kinda good…I mean, I’d really hate him if he just used her up while Dean was gone and then forgot about her as soon as Dean was back. Still, I am glad that he prefers Divine intervention as opposed to demonic.
Then, when they’re at the gas station, after they find the bodies of the hunters, and Henrikson shows up? I was like “What douchery is this!” Sam so noticed Henrikson had that tattoo/brand/whateverthingy on his hand! He should’ve known! Bad, Sammy! Bad! No cookie for puppy!
Of course after the “opening” and then with what happened to Sam with Henrikson…I was just a tinsy bit on edge….which, is totally logical for Supernatural. I was all worried about Bobby when those kids showed up...seriously, Ghosts are scary enough, but twin ghosts? Freaky. And ghosts of children? Blauhagh /shiver.
Loved the reintroduction of Meg in her fully awake human self – even if she was a raving, vengeful spirit. Her whole speech with Dean was …well. Insightful. It makes you more sympathetic – but at the same time...shit happens and then it’s all over and you have regrets but you gotta move on….right? So, tough shit, Meg. Sorry you died bloody. Still, loved her and her performance as herself.
I was hoping Bobby would have a ‘secure’ location…but an anti-evil-hunter-panic-room? That’s just so sweet...I almost want one. It really goes to show what I’ve been saying all along...Bobby’s so awesome.
The ritual and facing off was all great and everything, but really, this episode didn’t perk up till Dean’s dream meeting with Castiel. The whole thing where Castiel sort of…well…rebukes Dean for his constant demands...I liked that. Because I can’t imagine an angel taking that sort of attitude from someone they saved. Poor Cassy...lost some of his brothers! De Beh-beh…Oh, and the seals being broken that lead up to the apocalypse? O..O Way to make it epic, Kripke. Thanks for that. No pressure, boys, just the end of the world and all that.
So…yeah. That’s everything. I was so excited at the end of the episode, I made the icon that goes with this entry. I think it’s pretty sweet :D Poor Pam...Anyway!

ruby_unicorn and all. But, I was thinking of having it just to put groups into. My Friends’ Page is getting really crowded, and with a lot of Supernatural, Heroes, and Twilight groups...Just a thought. I’ll mull over it for a while longer. The only real decision is what type of LJ name to use. Just a thought for now though.
