Mood: Sore

Yo. Today was long and painful. Work started at 9 and I didn’t get to sit down and eat till 12:46. I was given a 30 minute break, because I worked 8 hours. I promptly clocked in at 1:16, only to be made to fill out loads of paperwork. Once I was done, I headed back out there. I stuck mainly to the cutting tables, because...well, because it was the only thing I really knew -.- But, I also periodically jogged, walked, and limped around the store to put cut fabric up and hang up sale signs.

I clocked out around 4, but not too after to really aggravate someone. In fact Mrs. Marry Anne told me something along the lines of, “I’m gonna go and finish this, then I’ll drop everything and head back so you can clock off.” I liked hearing that.

I got off and headed to Feldgers Footwear...that was mostly unsuccessful. I found out that I’m currently wearing shoes that are 2 sizes too small. The shoes I needed were not in stock, so I had to order them. It’s really sad when you pay over one hundred dollars. But oh well.

After the stop at the foot place, I headed home quickly as you can when ¾ of New Orleans is out there driving in your rinky dink town. I took a shower. While I was showering, Mom put the noodles in the spaghetti sauce. She makes the sauce like, all day long, and then she adds the noodles. She also had some nice buttered garlic bread in the oven. When I got out of the shower we ate and watched the taped Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and Filthy Rich Cattle Drive. Makeover was cool, it always is fun to watch.

Filthy Rich was actually good, because Fabian was an ass, and people stood up to him. He totally laid into Alexander, and the next day the other Alex told Fabian that next time he felt like talking to Alexander that way, he should wait until he (Alex) was around. I so loved that part of the show. It made it all cool. Then everyone started feeling bad that they hadn’t done anything for Alexander the night before, so they were sort of defying Fabian. I loved it.

We have wrapped up the night by watching Whose Line is it Anyway, which is great medicine since we all laugh so much at their antics. I have to work tomorrow 10-5, Wed: 9-4, Thurs&Fri: 2-9, with Saturday off. I don’t know about Sundays yet, but I imagine I’ll have either 1-5 or nothing at all. Either way I’ll be pleased.../whimper I can’t wait till my new shoes come in.

But that’s all for tonight’s edition.I have taken one of Mom's ambiguous 'muscle relaxers ' in hopes of working out the kinks in my aching legs and feet tonight before the morrow comes. Goodnight all.
