The Wind here is as strong as soup!

Lethargic
I was just watching Alice, Through the Looking Glass, and thinking my God what is my fascination with this adaptation of the book. And there’s a part where the red knight ‘captures’ Alice, and the white knight comes to rescue her. And he does, and he’s escorting her to the end of the wood. And he asks if her hair is attached to her head correctly, and she says ‘only in the usual manner’ and he says ‘well that isn’t good enough. No, you see, the wind here is so strong. It’s as strong as soup!” and I was like.....The wind’s as strong as soup...huh. Well, nothing will beat the whole Lion and the Unicorn scene.
So anyway. Just got a call from Dad, and he sounds awfully lonely. But we amused ourselves as best we could considering he’s been gone for the better part of 3 weeks.
Well, work’s over for the week. I finally managed to get everything done in the last 20 minutes. It was so odd. Nothing to do for a half an hour, and then the boss calls from the car and dictates 2 e-mails over the phone. I was starving by the time I finally got home. By the time I got in the car, it was 5:20. I rushed home, washed my face, and ate. Mom went out with my aunt and cousin. They’d invited me but I didn’t want to go.
Now that I’ve rewatched Gilmore Girls and Supernatural, I suddenly had a moment of inspiration and it made me want to write something. Then once I started typing, I realized exactly what I had and what I had to do with it. I feel good about it now.
All right. After yawning for the twenty-seventh time in this hour alone, I think it’s time for a shower. And I wanna read over what I’ve been writing. Goodnight.
