Beware, for I am: Image hosted by Photobucket.com Tired

Super Pig*! The rents and I just drove all the way to the Insurance Place. What a commute! It always takes about 20 minutes just to get to the parts of that sector that I know, but this place was way down the bayou! It took us about 35 minutes to drive there, and that was in the dead of night when no one was there. So Mom and I figured it’d be safe to leave 45 minutes ahead of time (7:15 a.m.) to allow for traffic and God knows what else.

It was kinda fun though. I don’t remember ever actually driving that far down the bayou. I looked around, and I was like, “I didn’t even know this was down here!” what was really funny was when we hit the parish and I said, “MahGawd! They got a Dollar General!” and my Dad laughed and said, “They’re really moving up in the world!”

What was really fun was that we stopped at Pizza Hut on the way back. Matty’s has this nice little Pizza Hut, and it’s honestly the best Pizza Hut in a 15 mile radius of our home (an estimate, of course). Dad said it’s about 12 miles away from our house, and it’s the place Chibi ([profile] amai_tenshi) and I always went whenever we wanted to eat pizza. Unless we were ordering take-out...I don’t know why we didn’t think to call there and just go pick the stuff up since we were gonna be picking it up anyway.../shrug.

Ah well. Anyway. We ordered a medium pizza and requested half shrimp and half mushroom (Dad wanted some meat). So the girl brings it out, and says that the cook apologized for it being a little runny and that he was putting another one in the oven if we didn’t want this one. But my parents hadn’t eaten since lunch, so they were more than happy to eat the ‘runny’ pizza. It wasn’t bad, it just had a little excess tomato sauce. So, we ask for the check, and Dad pays for it, and the girl brings out another medium pizza and says we can have that one on the house since the cook had made a mistake on the order anyway...Whooo hooo! So, I now have food for tomorrow’s lunch break (which was a concern of mine).

Also worthy of note, Reiko’s birthday will be coming up soon (March 15th). So, I went ahead and bought her gifts on Amazon today. I also got something for myself in the way of a Batman Begins DVD. I figured, I got a job today. I can afford to spend a little. And since it was only over $30 it didn’t hurt my budget. So that will be something to look forward to. I haven’t gotten a package in ages...or at least it feels that way. Maybe it’s cause my wish list is so huge. Ah well.

I shall now go off to sleep and hope that I have a good night. 6:00 a.m. will come very early. Goodnight!

You scored as Angel. Angel: Angels are the guardians of all things, from the smallest ant to the tallest tree. They give inspiration, love, hope, and positive emotion. They live among humans without being seen. They are the good in all things, and if you feel alone, don't fear. They are always watching. Often times they merely stand by, whispering into the ears of those who feel lost. They would love nothing more then to reveal themselves, but in today's society, this would bring havoc and many unneeded questions. Give thanks to all things beautiful, for you are an Angel.
