Through the Looking Glass

Yo. So today was another day. Wrote a lot and then got extremely fed up for some reason. So I abandoned the computer for a while, and went to my room for some quiet something. Whether it be reading or music or TV, it’d be something. I ended up reading through my old copy of Alice in Wonderland & Alice Through the Looking Glass by the crazy man we know as Lewis Carroll. Man...that guy was trippy. He would’ve fit right in with the hippies. They’d all be like “Far out man...”
But anyway. So, I read all of Wonderland and then I moved to Looking Glass. Then, I began to remember this old Wonderland/Looking Glass movie Mom got me. I remember how when I watched it I thought it was the coolest thing I’d ever seen. It just had a lot of stuff that made me laugh, and it had everything in the books and all...I think. So, I went onto Amazon to see if I could find it. Alas! It was only on VHS! And, as I have vowed to rid myself of all creatures VHS, it vexed me so! Then, I had an epiphany. Check it out...on eBay...So, I go over to ebay and I search. Now, there are plenty of versions of Alice in Wonderland and Loocking Glass so I had to be careful to make sure it was the right one. But then...I saw it. I knew it was the one because of one signature detail. The dress. Alice’s dress in this movie...is peach. Not blue. In every Alice movie I’ve ever seen, she was in a big poofy blue dress with an apron. In this particulare movie, it was a peach poofy dress with an apron! So, I finally had the good luck of finding it on DVD. So, I bought it. It was only a little over $20. So I’m not too worried...not to mention there were only 2 of them left...so I kinda had to buy now. But at least I have something else to look forward to.
So, what else have I done today?...I took a shower. And since I’d taken a wistfull trip down memory lane, I also watched the Spy Kids movies (just 1 & 2). I then showed Dad the computer that I wanted online. It’s a HP from Wal-Mart of all places. Which made me really really want to computer that much more. /sigh. I hate waiting for things when I don’t think I’ll be getting them any time soon. Oh well. I’ll learn.
I suppose that’s all for now. Nothing else to say except...Goodnight.
