Yo. Today wasn’t too bad of a day, considering. I was (quite rudely) awakened around 9:30 this morning. Dad said that Mom said I was supposed to get up and see about jobs, which was new to me since we hadn’t said anything about it. But I got up anyway and got the ads I’d seen together...I did another search on the internet for local want ads and only found 2 that matched my criteria. One was for sending a resume in through the mail though, so that was taken care of quickly.

The other was on the airport near here. So I got all guzzied up and went over there with a resume and all. I was interviewed right away by what would be my supervisor if I got the job. She explained that they needed someone to answer the phones and file things properly. The job is part-time for now, either Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursdays (9-5) and every other Saturday (9-4). It also pays $7.50 an hour. She said that at the end of the week they’d go over the resumes of everyone who applied and have an answer by then. She also said that I had a good chance with my degree in Office Systems. I almost hate that I’m getting my hopes up...but I am.

So that went pretty well. Also, came home and designed many Thundercat wallpapers…but I’m not sure if they’re actually good...so I’m gonna review them and play around with the images. Then I re-watched Pitch Black – a guilty pleasure of mine.

I was absolutely flabbergasted when amai_tenshi called me today to get together. So we’re meeting tomorrow at Pizza Hut. So, I actually have something to do tomorrow. That’s good. And she’s bringing her future-sister-in-law Melanie, so we’ll get acquainted.

Oh well. I guess that’s all for now. Mom and Dad are watching old taped episodes of Into the West, and I don’t know how much of that I can take. I understand the plight of Native Americans, but I’m so compassionate that if I see so much hurt going on, I’ll sob for days just thinking about it./sigh Some people say it’s good, but really it isn’t. You should see what a wreck I become when I think I need to get into an argument with someone.
