Pre-Birthday Birthday Party

Well, we just got upstairs from a little birthday bash downstairs. Nicole P and I were the lucky ladies. Her birthday is today and mine is tomorrow. I got J RR Tolkien’s Unfinished Tales from the Worksaver gals, and Lacey got me a very nice, zen-looking journal. She says I should keep it by my beside and write my book in there. Then if anything should happen, she’ll know what to look for and come and get that for me ¬_¬ She’s so considerate.

The cake was good, but all the girls hinted that we’d be having our own celebration for me tomorrow...Kowaii-des. Nicole B (upstairs Nicole) says not to worry, that they wouldn’t do that...Oh well. That’s all from work ya’ll! The pacon, turtle, ice-cream, chocolate, Oreo cake was just the brunch I needed to fully wake up. All part of this balanced breakfast ^_^ Ja!
