Aggravated

I haven’t done a decent post lately, and I can’t get back to sleep, so I figure now’s a good a time as any. Mom’s been feeling gradually better. It’s the way of the pattern. She gets weak for five or six days, and then if she rests well enough, she’ll start to feel better. We’ve both decided not to worry over the whole heart issue. It’s upsetting, but if the doctor sent her home with a ‘no strenuous activity’ warning, it can’t be fatal. If it were something terrible he would’ve kept her or sent her to the hospital or something. So, no strenuous activity on her part, and we wait for whatever comes next.

As for me...well...

Thursday evening I started coming down with, get this, a yeast infection. It’s not “inside” as mom keeps saying, because it’s only sensitive to touch. But, there really hasn’t been much help for it for the last three days. And within those days, the pain’s pretty much escalated from slight irritation (itching with minimal burning), to all out bloody hell. I can’t so much as move without feeling the effects of it, I feel like I’m rubbed raw just after going to the bathroom, and to make maters worse, I started my monthly yesterday afternoon. So, I’m totally miserable. I had called the gyno’s office Friday, but evidently, they don’t work Friday afternoons >.< Honestly. What good’s having a doctor if they’re not around to help when you need them. Anyway. I’m trying to eat a lot of yogurt, because Mom and Lacey say that’s one way to correct the imbalance of a yeast infection.

Other than all that crap, everything else has been great -.- I can’t seem to actually get a good night’s sleep anymore...but that’s only temporary (I hope =_=). On another good note, I’ll be going back to my regular hours on Monday. So no more wakey at 5 for me (unless I can’t sleep +_+). I’ve also been notified that all the things I ordered are coming in. So, that means I’ve got Chibi’s and Reiko’s birthday and Christmas presents taken care of, and Gillian’s birthday present taken care of. Although I do know what I want to get her...I just have to wait till December...or it won’t work right. Next paycheck I’m buying the Weird Al CD (Straight Outta Lynwood) and I’m getting my Twin-san’s birthday present. I’ve already found what I want for her, so the hard part’s over. Now I just have to figure out what to get Mom, Dad and Thomas =.= And Mom wants me to make a birthday wish list that she can actually look at when she’s shopping.

Well, that’ll be all for now. I’m gonna watch old DVDs till I can call in. Later.
