Annoying Day...

Yesterday was a day of frustrations. I went to the allergy doctor, right? I had an appointment at 1:45, but being a first time patient, I know I’m gonna have paperwork and all that jazz. So I show up at 1:15. I have to fill out just a few lines on two sheets of paper, but I figure that’s good. That means the doctor might be able to see me sooner. Boy was I wrong. I didn’t get shown to the back till 2:10. The doctor showed up a few minutes after and then after going through everything with him, he tells me to go ahead and get ready for the allergy test. Not a pleasant experience; having 100 needles poked into your back and histamine soak into the cuts. Not good at all. After all the cutting, burning, throbbing and aching, he comes back 20 minutes later to tell me that I’m allergic to pollen.

…

What? Of course I am. I know that I have allergies with pollen and cats and cigarette smoke. Give me something I don’t know. But then he says he wants me to get some blood work done down at the hospital (across town). Well, it’s already 3 and I gotta get back to work. So I head back and ask Lori (head nurse who used to work at hospital) when the blood thingy opens and closes at the hospital. She tells me it closes at 6, so I figure that’s perfect, I can just head over there after work, and I do so. I get to the hospital at 5:15 and ask where I’m supposed to go. The lady says “Oh that’s quest. That’s the building beside the hospital. They close at 5.” So blah!

Then I go home, and shower like always. Blow dry hair, fix food, get on WoW. We were having a blast too. Not that we were questing or RPing a lot, it was more that we were just having fun in guild chat. We did get 2 quests done. We had out Guild DJ and we were rocking out to geeky music.

Then...my cousin gets a wink/nudge from a GM and they tell her she’s under 12 hour ban aaaand her account’s being investigated. Why? Because she scolded a priest (rather strongly) for not being a great priest and then when she noticed said priest was hanging all over her boy friend, she cussed her out. Righteous indignation, anyone? /le sigh. Of course it’s just Fallena that’s banned for the 12 hours, but it’s the principle of the matter. People get away with so much in the game, and she gets reported for profanity and expressing her opinion. I tried to talk her down, but even I could see why she’d be upset.

I called her after I logged out to just talk and …well, I wasn’t sleepy. We talked about her coming over, which I’m going to pick her up tomorrow after work…probably should clean out my car this afternoon. She’s bringing her doggies this time. And then we’re going to Reiko’s Sunday to pick up my stuff and drop off her camera. She’d left that in my car last time I went over =..= So yeah. Plus, I just want my stuff back.

Hopefully today I’ll be able to go and get that blood work stuff done. I’m gonna be leaving early, so I’d better get that done. That’s all for now that. Later, Sunshines.

 PS: What the hell was up with Miley Cyrus last night on American Idol? I mean, I know she's growing up a bit and getting older, but my God. Where does it say that means you must dance like a ho now? She really nees to stop touching herself and figure out how to walk in heels before she tries that crap out. Seriously.
