I needs to crusade, dammit!

Monday, I finally received the expansion for World of Warcraft, The Burning Crusade. I was elated. I got on AMOS, and immediately began installing it. Meanwhile, I IMed my Twin-san in my excitement to tell her that I’d received it and that I’d be installing it and getting on as soon as possible. The first disc went in with no trouble and the update began. It did the little “boom!” sound effect and said it needed the second disc. I took out the first disc, replacing it with the second and pressed ok…nothing happened. It froze for a second and then the dialog box went white. Nothing followed. I restarted everything (AMOS and all) and retried the update. It did the same thing. I tried again. Same thing. Restarted everything again and retried only for the same thing. So, I’ve contacted the help at WoW…and now I am at their mercy. I want to get on and play so bad, but I can’t yet! It’s really starting to get to me =____=
In other news…it’s really frikkin’ cold. I mean, it just hasn’t really let up at all. Some days aren’t quite as cold as others, but they’re still really cold! I can’t walk around my house without slippers or socks! We’re supposed to be getting a lot of rain tomorrow...^____^ Can’t wait. Still, I wish it’d hurry up and warm up.
Mom and I have been watching American Idol lately. We laugh a lot...but sometimes it’s just so silly. I loved the last contestant last night (even though I can’t remember his dadgum name -.- the dude that had the great sense of humor and wanted to make Hasselhoff cry). Some of them just seemed like jokes though. Paula seems more keyed up in this one I think. Last season she seemed more contained and relaxed...dunno. Simon’s just as funny though.
