An eventful night

...wow, but yesterday was a breeze of activity. After work, I hit the road right away. It took longer to get to the highway than it did to get to Morgan City. Once I found the New Iberia / Delcambre exit. Then it was a straight shot to Abbeville. Unfortunately, I didn’t know what to look for when I was on the look out for the street to turn onto, and I passed up the street -.- But Aunt Jane called and directed me to Aunt Lanes, and we all met there.

The drive back was so much better. 2 hours and some change of nerdy girls giggling, talking...and...me singing a lot of Weird Al =.=’ Then, we got home at 9 (which is cool ‘cause we left Aunt Lane’s at 7:30. That’s extremely good time). And we sat around talking till 11. Gillian crashed in Mom’s room (not that I can blame her with a huge bed and it’s own bathroom), and I took my shower and crawled/fell into bed.

I’m so soar this morning…it’s weird. I’m guessing it’s from all the traveling, since that’s the only thing that was different and I don’t do it at all if I can help it. Other than that, I’m finishing up breakfast. I’ve started on a grocery list, because we no longer have any root beer, and I’m running low on breakfast food. Gill usually sleeps till 9, so I won’t wake her till then. But then I’ll ask if she needs anything and probably make a grocery run this afternoon after work.

So that’s my plan for the day. Later!
