msmoon | First day of Fall

Hey everyone. It’s officially the first day of fall. Well, for me that is. School was over last week, but I was done with everything Wednesday so I didn’t have to go back for Thursday and Friday. But why does that make today the first day of Fall? Well, the movie theater closes around 8:15 tonight instead of 10:45, and that means we’re going back to the un-busy schedule. So that means summer’s over and hello Fall.

As for this semester coming up, I once again have to wake up at 6am every morning, though I do get more breaks. On Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays I have a computer class with Mrs. Williams from 7:30-8:20, then from 8:30-9:20 I’m free (can you say breakfast at I Hop?) then I have the next keyboarding class with Mrs. Guerrero from 9:30-10:20. Another break from 10:30-11:20 and then the next Accounting class with Mr. Samuel from11:30 to 12:20. Then on Tuesday and Thursday I have Environmental Science from 7:30-8:45, and keyboarding from 9:00-10:15, and a very large break from 10:-1:15 (at least I wont go hungry) and then accounting from 1:30-2:45. I have a feeling this semester will be the longest for some odd reason. I was disappointed that we didn’t get a course in Journalism but whatever.

Work has been pretty interesting this summer. But I survived. This past Friday and Saturday were the worst days. Freddy vs. Jason came out and all the freaks in town showed up. Literally. The 7:45 and 10:10 shows sold out on Friday and Saturday around 4:30/5:00 in the afternoon. Then those that weren’t smart enough to get their tickets early showed up, and went to other movies, and everything else sold out. We even had some freak walk by in a Freddy outfit. He was wearing a mask and had the knives on his hands. But one of the leads told him he had to take it off...he was scaring some kids, and they weren’t even going to see the movie...he wasn’t even trying to be scary either...he was just walking around...I don’t get why everyone wants to see it though. I mean we all know what’s going to happen right? One or the other (if not both) will die and then come back for the sequel. Typical undead horror movies.

I went and saw Pirates of the Caribbean and the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen along with Hulk and Sea biscuit and an odd assortment of other movies. LXG and Pirates are my favs for now. In fact I took Chibi to see Pirates today at 12:40. She liked it.

But anyway, Mom, Dad and I are going on vacation to the Tennessee Smokey Mountains. So for the next five or six days we’ll be over there relaxing. I gotta remember to get Chibi & Reiko’s addresses so I can send them a letter. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get some more rocks.

That’s also why I’m posting now. I’ve been so busy lately all my free time has been spent catching my breath. So I’m writing now before vacation and school start to take over...I just hope I can remember all the passwords for my other diaries.

Oh well, almost time for church. Our pastor has been doing a three week seminarish thing. First he jumped on the men, then the women and tonight it’s the children...Well, Ja till the next time I can catch my breath and I’m not too drugged up to type. That’s all she wrote.
