msmoon | Parking lot gulls...

Yo. Today Mom and I did something we’ve never done before...It was said to be impossible...but we did it. It is a day that will forever be remembered...because today, Mom and I went to town to get two things...and we came home...with those two things. We went to Wal-mart for shoes, and Sally’s for a hair straightener, and we went to Wal-Mart and got the shoes and left, went to Sally’s and got the hair straightener and left. It wasn’t that we didn’t look around; oh, you can be sure we did that! But we just didn’t buy anything else. Alothough we did spy some shelves that could replace my dresser...but that we’ll have to buy one piece at a time, one check at a time. I was down-right amazed. Must be the first time in history we went to Wal-mart and didn’t spend more then $50...I’m gonna mark the calander as well.

Something I noticed...there are a lot of Sea gulls in the Wal-Mart parking lot...like seriously. They dive-bombed our car! There were dozens of them. Does anyone else see this in their Wal-Marts? I mean, I can’t imagine seeing the inner states having such a problem, but perhaps the costal states see this as well...what is it that attracts them to these parking lots *thinks* ...may it’s cuase there’s a Burger King and McDonnalds right in the Wal-Mart parking lot area...Free fries!

Mom’s been droping hints about gifts to get her, either for her birthday (Sept 2) or for Christmas. Every time we got to any place that sells vacuums she asks to see the ‘really small dirt devil’ and price it. She also has been saying things like,

"You know, if I had one of those little TV thingys in my kitchen, I could watch TV while I’m cooking instead of having to go back and forth..." I should probably start making a list of things I could get her. I was thinking the vacuum for her birthday and the tv for x-mas. But I dunno...

I guess that’s all for today (or at least for now). I have a terrible sinus headache. That’s one of the things I hate about summer and spring, stupid allergies. I can’t wait for fall *sigh*. Later
